For ongoing clients, we are accessible every day, and typically provide updates every two weeks, often through Loom video walkthroughs. Instead of only sending a static report, we walk clients through what we worked on, what we’re seeing in the account, what looks good, what concerns us, and what we recommend next. We usually report through Looker Studio / Google Data Studio, but we don’t expect clients to interpret dashboards on their own. Our job is to explain what the numbers mean and how they should guide the next decision. We focus on metrics like leads, lead quality, cost per lead, cost per acquisition, revenue, ROAS, ROI, and budget efficiency. Metrics like clicks, impressions, CPC, and CTR can be useful, but only when they help explain a bigger performance issue. We also try not to leave clients in the dark. If something is being reviewed or worked on, we aim to acknowledge it, set expectations, and give a clear timeline.

We usually collaborate with clients through a mix of meetings, asynchronous communication, Loom video updates, email, Slack when appropriate, and ad hoc strategy calls when a live discussion is useful. Our process typically starts with discovery, where we learn about the business, offer, audience, budget, sales process, existing ads, tracking setup, and what would count as a win. From there, we create a strategy, set up or restructure campaigns, align on ad copy/creative, confirm tracking, and get client approval before launch. We prefer to work closely with clients, especially early in the engagement, because their feedback on lead quality, sales conversations, customer objections, value propositions, and business priorities helps us improve performance. Over time, we aim to make the relationship efficient: clients get clear updates and strategic recommendations without needing unnecessary meetings just for the sake of meetings. For most clients, we operate as a hands-on paid ads partner. We manage the accounts, monitor spend, optimize campaigns, review performance, flag issues, and recommend improvements across ads, landing pages, tracking, and lead quality when relevant.

We measure success based on the client’s actual business goals, not just ad platform activity. For e-commerce clients, that often means revenue, ROAS, purchases, cost per acquisition, conversion rate, average order value, and profitable scaling. For lead generation and service businesses, that usually means lead volume, cost per lead, lead quality, qualified opportunities, booked calls, closed deals, cost per acquisition, and ROI. When possible, we prefer to connect ad platforms with CRMs or offline conversion data so we can understand which campaigns, keywords, and leads are creating real business value — not just form submissions. We also measure success by whether the account is becoming clearer and more scalable over time. That includes better tracking, stronger campaign structure, cleaner search terms, better conversion paths, stronger landing pages, and more useful reporting. Ultimately, success means the client understands what their ad spend is doing, the numbers make sense, and the strategy is moving toward profitable growth.

We typically work with upwards of 50 clients at a given time. Because we are a specialized paid ads agency, our team is structured around ongoing account management, optimization, reporting, and strategic support across multiple clients.
