I went into the relationship with Keep Generating very hesitantly. I felt cautiously optimistic after the first phone call, but with each subsequent call, I felt better and better. I wasn’t very clear on what I wanted; I knew I needed to be on social media, I just didn’t know how to get there or what specifically I needed to do. Keep Generating helped me get a clearer vision of where I needed to go in the future, and they put me on that path.

What I look for is the bigger picture: somebody that has the personal communication skills combined with the knowledge of whatever they’re going to do for me, and then I can trust them. That’s what I found with Keep Generating. Mike helped me clarify my objectives. He presented several ideas for me to think about, and he was fantastic with follow-up questions to clarify what I wanted. He made suggestions, but he didn’t pressure me at all.

The most remarkable and distinctive thing about Keep Generating, in my opinion, is how motivated, informed, and inquisitive they were about our achievement.  And we were confidently led every step of the way, whether it was the email design or the launch plan, rather than us telling them what to do.  The creative director worked tirelessly to give our emails a high-end, modern look and feel, as well as usability, and the rest of the team was equally outstanding. The project manager and strategic account director were very responsive and gently and professionally pushed us to always be better.

Creating key eCommerce page templates, including the Main Page, Product Listing, Product Page, Account Pages, and Cart, was part of the project.  The group was then chosen to implement the design on Shopify, producing a theme that was completely customisable and simple to use.  The project went well because to good communication.

In previous years, we worked on a variety of projects.  It was mostly related to Shopify's development.  Additionally, for a few projects, we needed unique Shopify solutions, including a custom order form made with React.  I adore how easy the communication and procedure were!  After the client approves the drawings, we use Keep Generating to estimate budgets and deadlines.  Everything should then be moved to development.  They sent it for our evaluation after completing the procedure and internal quality assurance, which wasn't a big deal because they were producing a really high-quality product.

To start off, we worked together on the purpose of the website, defining who the users would be and what kind of information they needed. Keep Generating then produced designs and sent them to our client for approval. Later on, their team developed the website and loaded all content from the old website. They also added new content, such as recipes, product pages, and a new language. The site was built on WordPress.

Currently, Keep Generating provides maintenance support, especially whenever the content needs to be changed.

Our client is very satisfied with the website, and they've gotten a lot of compliments about it. We’re also seeing that the website is doing much better than the old one in terms of page views and bounce rate because users can easily find the information they’re looking for.

Their project management style is great. Keep Generating has done everything they can to deliver on time, and working with them has been very fluid and easy. I’m impressed by the fact that their team wants to deliver a project that they can be proud of. They’ve made sure to deliver a product that not only works but also looks good and innovative. For instance, whenever we wanted something that did not look or work well, their team would always make sure that we understood clearly the consequences of every choice, allowing us to make smart decisions. Overall, they never give me the feeling that they just want to deliver something.
