Kaz Software

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of Veny, a travel technology company building AI-powered solutions that make travel simpler for travelers, travel agencies, and airports.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Kaz Software?

We needed help designing and developing our core technology, including our AI-powered travel platform, real-time flight tracking, airport navigation, travel services, and integrations. The goal was to build a scalable, reliable product that simplifies the entire travel journey in one seamless experience.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kaz Software has handled the end-to-end design and development of our technology platform, including UI/UX design, system architecture, backend development, and mobile development for iOS and Android. Key deliverables include real-time flight tracking and notifications, airport navigation and mapping, AI-powered travel assistance, third-party travel service integrations, and deep-link flight synchronization from Meta channels such as WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook directly into Veny. The team has also built the backend infrastructure and integrations required to support and scale the platform.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with 10 teammates from Kaz Software.

How did you come to work with Kaz Software?

We found them through an online search. We chose them because they had high ratings, their pricing fit our budget, they were a great culture fit, they offered good value for the cost, their company values aligned with ours, and they had excellent communication.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in November 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve successfully launched and continued to grow our platform. We’ve deployed 40+ interactive airport maps, including 30 across the US, launched the mobile app to users, and built real-time flight tracking, notifications, AI-powered assistance, and deep-link flight synchronization from Meta channels. The platform has successfully scaled to thousands of users while supporting multiple third-party travel integrations and new features as we continue to expand.Since launch, we’ve grown to 1,500+ users and expanded our airport navigation coverage to 40+ airports, including 30 across the US. The platform supports global flight tracking, real-time alerts, airport navigation, AI-powered assistance, and integrated travel services. We’ve also established partnerships with travel software and technology providers to expand our ecosystem and distribution capabilities. We’re currently working on partnerships with airport management teams to develop airport software solutions that integrate directly with Veny, connecting airport operations and passenger-facing experiences through one ecosystem.Working with Kaz Software has helped us continuously improve the stability, usability, and overall user experience of Veny. Through ongoing UI/UX improvements, automation, deep-link flight syncing, and third-party integrations, we’ve reduced friction in how travelers add and manage their journeys.Operationally, having a scalable technology foundation has also allowed us to launch new features and integrations faster, expand to 40+ airports, support thousands of users, and begin extending the same technology into our travel agency and airport partnerships without having to rebuild the core platform. We’ve seen a noticeable improvement in operational efficiency, particularly in how quickly our team can test, deploy, and iterate on new product features. Processes that previously required more manual coordination have become increasingly automated, allowing our internal team to focus more on product growth and partnerships. From a user perspective, the feedback has been strongest around the simplicity of the experience, particularly being able to access flight information and travel tools in one place without navigating multiple apps.Based on our internal experience, we estimate that the development and automation work has reduced certain manual product and operational processes by approximately 10%–25%. We’ve also seen development and release cycles become noticeably faster, particularly when launching new integrations or iterating on existing features. While we haven’t implemented formal time-tracking across every workflow, the biggest measurable impact has been our ability to move from concept to production significantly faster with a relatively lean internal team.

How did Kaz Software perform from a project management standpoint?

Kaz Software’s project management has been strong overall, with clear communication, regular updates, and good coordination throughout the project. In most cases, deliverables have been completed on time. There have been a few instances where delivery has taken slightly longer than originally planned, but this has often been because the team has identified opportunities to improve the original scope and recommended a better technical or product approach. In those cases, the additional time has generally resulted in a stronger solution and better long-term value for us.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What has impressed us most is that Kaz Software operates as a true one-stop shop for product development. They have the technical, design, and project management resources needed to take an idea from concept through execution without having to coordinate multiple outside teams. That breadth of expertise has made it much easier for us to move quickly and get things done under one roof.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One area that could be improved is earlier alignment on timelines when additional recommendations or scope enhancements are introduced. Their suggestions often add real value, but in some cases, they also extend delivery timelines. Having clearer visibility upfront on how those recommendations would affect timing would have made planning easier on our side. Overall, though, the added value usually justifies the extra time.
