I’m the director of e-commerce for Harrington Industrial Plastics LLC, a large wholesale distributor with 80 locations across the US.

What challenge were you trying to address with Kasher Interactive?

We needed support with our digital marketing and websites.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Kasher Interactive hosts several of our WordPress websites. They also handle SEO and PPC for WordPress and e-commerce websites. The team maintains our WordPress sites and has done some development work for us. Kasher Interactive also manages our social media. They've done some designs with us, but the team does maintenance for most of our sites, and we've designed them in-house.

We've started new projects by sharing our vision and where we want to go with the site. Kasher Interactive works with us to design and develop the site to drive the best demand creation for our sites and the appropriate number of leads to the right demographics and audience.

Regarding SEO, I've worked closely with Kasher Interactive since I'm an expert in our field. I collaborate with the team to ensure they have all the appropriate keywords. We review them together, and Kasher Interactive works on the content to ensure the keywords are in the proper places to get the best results from Google and Bing.

Kasher Interactive runs our PPC campaigns on Google and LinkedIn. We have an internal PPC expert who works directly with the Kasher Interactive team. The team provides additional assistance and advice for all our sites. Kasher Interactive manages all the PPC campaigns for some of our smaller WordPress sites.

What is the team composition?

Depending on the site, we work with 4–5 members of the Kasher Interactive team. The majority of our sites work with the same two teammates. Korey, Kashmer Interactive's owner, is directly involved with most of our meetings.

How did you come to work with Kasher Interactive?

Kasher Interactive was a referral. One of our company's acquisitions had a PPC web developer on the team using Kasher Interactive. At the time, we were using a large SEO firm and weren't happy. We moved to Kasher Interactive several years ago and have been extremely happy.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with Kasher Interactive in March 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The first year we put our e-commerce site with Kasher Interactive, we saw a 40% increase in traffic, and we've continued to see yearly high single-digit increases in traffic. The team's work has met our expectations, and we've been delighted with Kasher Interactive's performance.

We came from a larger agency that was doing our SEO and PPC. With a smaller boutique shop like Kasher Interactive, we get more attention and have seen more progress on our sites. We use them for more services than ever. Our company has been growing and making acquisitions, so we've added additional sites and activities for Kasher Interactive to help us with.

How did Kasher Interactive perform from a project management standpoint?

Kasher Interactive has excelled at keeping projects on track. If anyone is holding back a project, it's typically me. The team sends me reminders about where we are on the project, helping us drive the project and keeping me engaged. We use Google Docs and have in-person and Microsoft Teams meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kasher Interactive's communication and direct contact with Korey and the other teammates who help us have been impressive. We have an open line of communication. Typically, we get a response within minutes if we send an email or text message.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything Kasher Interactive can improve on. I'm excited about the work they do for us.
