To develop a web platform to allow Ukrainians to record their experiences of the war, and collect these into a secure and interoperable national archive with the Ukrainian Ministry of Culture and Information Policy.

Svidok.org has been live since July of 2022, just 4 months after the start of Russia's full-scale invasion, and has captured the stories of thousands of civilians across the country. The platform offers a streamlined experience, mental health resources, and allows war crimes investigation organisations to interface easily with the content, and foreign media to leverage stories for broader dissemination.

All work was delivered according to agreed upon timelines, and communication has always been top-notch. Any issues have been transparently conveyed, and the team has continued working despite the most difficult of circumstances, including air raid sirens, missile strikes nearby, evacuations, and needing to provide support to relatives and their communities.

Our Ukrainian teams have delivered superior quality projects faster than our teams in other locations, despite being under the constant threat of war.

Their ability to deliver under the most difficult of circumstances is impressive. Their availability at any time of the day or night to resolve issues. We have not had any problems with the development process--highly professional and communicative.

We have been extremely demanding, including squeezing the budget at times during the project to enable us to continue at times when our donations were insufficient. Kalyna Solutions were always there to continue the work. We have no complaints.
