I'm the Head of Marketing at Brocoders, a Sofware Development Company that specializes in providing full cycle development and on-demand technical team services for SaaS and Mid-size business

For what projects/services did your company hire Kaiiax?

We wanted to prepare landing pages for our new services. Our main goal was to describe the value proposition in a way that would be understandable to our primary target audience, in other words, that will be written in “their language.” Since we didn’t have copywriters in our company, we hired Kaiiax to do this.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I followed Kaiiax a long time before contacting them. I was reading their blog and watching videos and always found something valuable and helpful. Their approach, methods and recommendations described in their published materials match my expectations. Main factors for choosing Kaiiax: complex approach for writing selling texts, considering the target audience, and using additional professional market research. Also, I see that the companies they work with have great results and I like what they are doing for them

After a kick-off meeting, they sent us a brief to fill in. Then we had a meeting where we discussed and organized all our thoughts and requirements. I liked these sessions because Kaiiax proposed many helpful and inspiring suggestions for our positioning and marketing strategy. From my experience, it is rear practice for copywriting, so I was very impressed and appreciated this. Once all preparations were made, they started to work on pages. They sent every page for review and set up a meeting to present their work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I have an experience working with the other agencies and know what is "watering texts", text without meaning and topic understanding. Kaiiax, Katerina, who I worked with, was super professional in preparing strategy for every landing page, writing valuable content using the best practices, without hackneyed phrases. They knew how to talk with the audience and write content that was motivating and pleasant to read.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was a very effective collaboration. I like communication and the working process a lot. All deadlines were met and the project was aligned with feedback and our expectations

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ian and Ekaterina are extremely professional in this sphere, after trying to work with them it is hard to consider collaboration with another vendor.

We started our work with planning the structure of the website to understand how to revamp it further. Kaiix made the site’s main pages and helped us write in-depth case studies. After this, we started work on our blog. The first step here was to optimize existing articles to make them SEO-friendly. Then, they offered us a list of topics that should be covered in our blog in the future. They created the content plan for us and helped with editing our articles.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Our website became more visited and more visible for our potential clients. We totally transformed our approaches to writing, and our case studies and blog articles became more in-depth.

Every week, we had an online meeting with the Kaiix where we planned our actions and discussed what have been done and what should be improved. We used such tools as Notion and Breeze to track and manage our project. In Notion, we could plan and report on our progress. In Notion, we had content marketing guidelines and links that helped to increase the quality of writing.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Kaiiax is a very professional, dedicated, creative, and enthusiastic team. They worry about our common result. They don’t only deliver their services but teach, share experiences, and provide recommendations on how to do better. They treated our project as if it was their own. They maintained seamless communication and met the deadlines and expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something {provider_name} could have done differently?

All of our suggestions were considered. Kaiix showed us the direction of where to move and how to develop our content marketing strategy.

At first month we had multiple discovery meetings and brainstorming sessions to structure our new positioning and figure out a new marketing strategy. Ian and Kate took a great role as a CMO at the first place. They also helped us to hire a team of writers.

There were about 3-4 guys who worked with us and still working

Our new blog and backlinks strategy helped us to generate 20+ organic leads per month and put about 30+ keywords in Google's top rank.

We have 2 weekly meetings. Also, we have a great report every month.

When we started, we had about 2-5 leads per month from our website. When we finished we were getting about 150 leads every month :)
