The project involved the production and delivery of 75 reusable 1,000 ml stainless steel water bottles for our employees working on construction sites. The bottles were individually branded with the MACHBAU logo and our company slogan “#Machma”, both laser engraved for a high-quality and durable finish. A key part of the scope was the customization of two separate logo elements, including their design, sizing and positioning on the bottles. We provided our logo files and received a visual proof in advance, allowing us to review and adjust the logo size before production. The supplier handled the entire process very professionally and flexibly. Communication with Millie was excellent, with fast responses and clear coordination throughout the project. Despite our request for express delivery, the order was handled smoothly and the bottles were delivered even earlier than expected. Key deliverables included: * 75 × 1,000 ml reusable stainless steel water bottles * Custom laser engraving of the MACHBAU logo and “#Machma” slogan * Individual coordination of logo design, sizing and positioning * Pre-production visual proof and adjustments * Express production and delivery * High-quality final products, delivered on time and in excellent condition Overall, the combination of speed, communication, flexibility, reliability and product quality exceeded our expectations. The project was completed successfully with 75 fully customized 1,000 ml stainless steel bottles delivered on time, and even earlier than expected. All bottles met our quality expectations, with the MACHBAU logo and “#Machma” slogan accurately laser engraved. The express delivery requirement was also fulfilled without compromising quality or communication.

Project management was excellent throughout the entire process. Communication with Millie was fast, professional and reliable, and our requests were handled with great flexibility. Despite requiring express delivery, the order was completed smoothly and delivered even earlier than expected. All adjustments and requirements were implemented exactly as requested, making the entire process straightforward and hassle-free.

What impressed us most was the combination of speed, flexibility, and excellent communication. Millie responded quickly to every request and was able to accommodate our express delivery requirements without compromising on quality. The proactive coordination of the custom design and the fact that the order arrived even earlier than expected made the entire experience particularly impressive.

We have ordered branded bottles with Millie and the team at Just Bottle for a couple of years and decided that this year we would get in touch to support our show theme "Fighter Meet".
We tasked the team with looking for a sleek chrome design for both a water bottle and travel coffee, which should be appealing to a high proportion of customer base while ensuring that our branding was at the forefront of the design. The initial email from us was sent in January, with product delivery needed by June and later for general sale at our July event.

The team was very satisfied with their bottles and mugs, and there was a 100% uptake. Everyone in the office used the mugs and bottles consistently. We only tracked the changes in office waste or plastic and paper cup usage anecdotally.

They delivered on time. The lead times were longer than other products, but it was worth it to have them be ethical. We communicated via email and messaging apps.
