MiliMatch is the most efficent way to hire for retention. We measure recruits for role fit based on written language. I am the CFO/COO and manage product development, customer success and support.

For what projects/services did your company hire Jungsoft, and what were your goals?

Jungsoft designed the UX for our new application, built the backend processing to transfer the processing from an antiquated platform on a local server to the cloud, build an applicant tracking system, and implemented the back-end reporting module. They integrated the financial system with Stripe.

How did you select Jungsoft and what were the deciding factors?

Speed #1, value, efficiency, flexibility, Quality of the design work, knowledge of integration capabilities, having the latest technology expertise.

Also, they genuinely bring creativity to the table. Our work sessions were fun, which was unexpected. Ability to integrate with the existing website.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

UX Design - in Adobe front end to back end. About a 6 week process. Our project was split into five milestones. Elixir was the platform for the application Payment processing on AWS Metabase for back end reporting.

3 key people - design lead, lead developer, and project manager/owner

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The load time of our pages decreased from 10 seconds to 1 Our ability to add customer accounts was increased from five to theoretically infinite. The design was excellent - they brought a lot of ideas to the table about how to make the application more user friendly.

The development was excellent. They continually offered different approaches, and they completed the work in fewer hours than originally estimated.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

During design, we had a series of work sessions after we had sent our design documents. They were typically an hour long and once a week.

After design, we set ad hoc meetings and regular meetings for updates and sprints as they were being completed. We communicated a lot through Slack and allowed ourselves to be accessible at all times. The workflow is managed in Monday, which made things simple.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Value is a combination of quality, timeliness, and cost. This team delivered on all three attributes. I've never worked with a team in the past that was able to build something so complex in such a short period of time.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No we really liked this team and will use them again.

My company is building a financial application which I cannot go into much detail with but it is relatively complicated with a lot of moving parts. I am the CEO and co-founder of the company.

We hired Jungsoft to build the wireframe and complete development of the app. Our goals were to build the app to full functionality, test and launch. We will continue to use Jungsoft for ongoing support.

We heard of Jundsoft through a recommendation from a colleague. We decided to use them as they are less expensive but provide really high quality customer service and work. We are continuously happy with our decision.

We worked with Jungsoft to build a wireframe in adobe xd, which they did a great job of and in a timely manner. We approved the design after deliberation and communication and they began developing.

They use Monday.com to provide constant feedback on their progress. They set it up into 5 milestones and worked within a specific time frame. We were satisfied with the results.

3 people worked with us. The developer, designer and CEO.

Most impressive was communication and development quality. They offer really high-quality customer service and build the projects in a timely manner.
