Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

• Redesign and improve the existing wedding website/e-invite
• Improve the overall UI/UX, particularly making the website feel cleaner, more polished, cohesive, and easier for guests to navigate.
• Improve website speed and performance, which was one of the issues you specifically worked on with him.
• Refine the layouts and spacing — including margins, proportions, positioning of graphics, typography hierarchy, and general visual balance. Implement/rework the graphics and visual elements based on your feedback while keeping them aligned with the established wedding branding.
• Adjust the background treatment, including the soft white/cream gradient and subtle texture you wanted throughout the site.
• Work with the existing wedding fonts/typography, or replicate the typography direction from the previous version of the website where possible.
• Restructure sections/pages where necessary, rather than simply making cosmetic edits to the previous build.
• Develop the responsive/mobile version so the e-invite works properly and looks intentional on mobile devices.
• Implement the final guest-facing content and flow, including the landing page/e-invite, event details, schedule/timeline, venue information, accommodations, dress code, FAQs, RSVP section, entourage information, and other wedding details.
• Handle the rush turnaround and technical implementation so the website could be launched quickly

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The primary measure of success was the completion and launch of a fully functional, responsive wedding e-invite within the required rush timeline. The project resulted in improved website speed and usability, mobile-responsive layouts, completion of all key guest-information sections and RSVP functionality, and successful implementation of the established wedding branding into a cohesive guest-facing digital experience.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Jun’s project management was excellent from start to finish. We engaged him on a very tight and urgent timeline, and he immediately understood the assignment, organized the work efficiently, and delivered everything on time without compromising the quality of the output.

What stood out most was how responsive and accommodating he was throughout the entire process. We had several rounds of feedback and a number of details that needed to be refined along the way, and he was consistently quick to respond, receptive to our comments, and proactive in finding solutions. He understood our vision very quickly and was able to translate our requests into actual improvements to the website with very little back-and-forth.

Despite the rush nature of the project, we never felt that we had to chase him for updates or worry about whether something would get done. He communicated clearly, worked incredibly efficiently, and was very dependable. Even when we requested last-minute adjustments, he handled them with a great attitude and a strong sense of urgency.

Overall, we were extremely happy with both the process and the final result. Jun made what could have been a stressful, time-sensitive project feel remarkably smooth and manageable. We would absolutely work with him again and would highly recommend him, especially for projects that require someone who is reliable, responsive, solutions-oriented, and able to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impressed us most about Jun Sanchez was how incredibly easy he was to work with. He has a very fast turnaround time, is highly responsive, and always finds a way to execute what we’re asking for—even when the request is quite specific or requires some creative problem-solving.

He quickly understood our vision and rarely needed extensive explanations or back-and-forth. Instead of simply telling us what couldn’t be done, he would look for practical alternatives and solutions that still achieved the result we wanted.

He was also extremely patient and accommodating with revisions, which made the entire process feel seamless despite our very tight timeline. The combination of speed, reliability, flexibility, and a genuinely solutions-oriented approach really set him apart. He made the whole collaboration feel easy, and we always felt confident that whatever we requested was in very capable hands.
