Project 1: Rip Curl WSL Finals Fan Activation Scope: We tasked Juice with ideating, designing and producing items for Fans at the 2023 WSL Finals. The goal was to drive fan excitement around Finals and increase engagement with the WSL brand. 
Deliverables: 

• Fan rally items (rally towels, beach umbrellas, giveaways, athlete rally gear). 

Project 2: WSL International Women's Day Activation Scope: over the course of 2 season, we worked with Juice 2x on our IWD activation, which included ideation through production of campaign gifts for high-profile athletes and celebrities. 
Deliverables: 

• gift packaging and items for high-profile athletes and celebs (jerseys, branded gear). 
• delivery management of gifting to 5+ countries globally.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Juice helped us elevate our brand and work during 2 key moments for our brand (IWD & WSL Finals). They brought everything from innovative ideas to streamlined execution and delivery. For our 2023 IWD activation, we had our most successful campaign around this moment yet (engagement, reach and impressions).

Juice's attention to detail is best in class. Their ability to turn around concepts and deliverables quickly on short timelines was the best I've seen from creative partners. And with client feedback and adjustments, they were able to interpret and bring in our feedback into the work. Juice also managed physical delivery of items throughout all of our projects, including international delivery, and complicated deliver to venues and event sites.

The quality of the works and the engagement from our outside audience. We are a small company, and their approach is very high end and makes us look like a very elevated long-lasting brand.

Juice has been very patient with our ever-changing timelines and is able to quickly pivot to new dates or help us troubleshoot challenges along the way. They have always delivered assets to us in a timely manner as well as estimates, billing, etc.

Juice delivers elevated and quality Creative concepts, while being really fun to work with. The days are long and hard and their team is very relaxed and always at ease during the process. We love our projects with them!

At times I think it would be helpful to have someone in more of a Producer role who can very closely manage timelines and shot-lists.

We worked with Juice design on a product launch campaign for the winter X-Games in Aspen, Colorado. The goal was to produce a broadcast commercial for the new X-Games softgoods launch using existing X-Games athlete footage, augmented with product photography, animation and sound design. Deliverables included: - :30 Second Television Spot - :15 Second Web Commercial - 3x Social Sizes for all content (1:1, 4:5, 9:16)

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was intended for broadcast television during the live X-Games event. The commercial, and campaign, needed to be delivered on-time, in proper delivery formats for broadcast, and meet the X-Games requirements and brand aesthetics.

Juice hit every deadline, was efficient and helpful in all communications, and provided turn-key assets every step of the way. Their designs and direction were spot-on the first time.

The Championship Tour is WSL’s premier product featuring the World’s Best Surfers on the World’s Best Waves in pursuit of the Title and World Championship over 10 events across the globe. Each event is broadcast live for fans to view over a multiple day window—roughly 30 hours of run-time. The shoulder programs are condensed versions of the entire event, served up on mainstream sports platforms: 

• ESPN+, AMAZON, ETC…. 
• Create distinct show IDs and Keyart that grabs viewers browsing through content. 
• Built out 2-3 options for each product. 
• 2X Program IDs 2X Program Keyart. 
• 2X Episodic Keyart System (episodes update for tour stops, or multiple days) 2X Keyframes for program intro graphics.

Delivered finished creative within the budget and on time.

Creative was shared a key milestones over virtual meetings. They were great with feedback, notes, revisions and planned for that within our timeline. All final assets delivered on time.

Unlike scenarios where other firms would delay responses or make edits an arduous process, Juice Design maintained a commendable level of accessibility and responsiveness. 
This reliability was not only evident in our interactions but also translated into tangible and measurable outcomes for our business. The visible online improvements, including a cohesive brand identity and enhanced user experience, directly contributed to an improved client experience.
