The application is built on several modules that all interact with each other to deliver different services to the business and customers. Within the core platform there were five key deliverables that were required for a successful launch. At the point that Journi took over the project a few of these were completed but still required further work to ensure they were operationally fit for purpose. Each of these deliverables interlinked and were required for the platform to function. This required Journi to really understand our business, which they did.

Journi led the ideation and discovery process to envision a new customer portal MVP, starting from user journeys and all the way to final prototypes. Journi developed an MVP version, in collaboration with our internal development team, to manage our customer invoices, finance and billing.
Journi provided a team of 4 (1 Product Designer and 3 Developers) for 4 months, working with the Lead Developer on our side. This product was built using NodeJS with NestJS and VueJS for the frontend, hosted in the Azure Cloud with PostgreSQL for the database

We got a working MVP version of our customer portal with all planned features delivered on time.
