We took a deep dive into the priorities of the business in conjunction with what is important for the employees (collective intelligence). We decided on a timeframe, what actions will be taken and who will be the champion for the 3 key components we are working on as a company.

Using the software we have to create tasks, to do list and "complete" for projects. Work towards the common goal with measurable meetings before our next quarterly meeting. Communication between design team and Project Managers key throughout the design and build process.

Reviewed deliverables from last meeting and we completed many of the tasks. Sent emails in a timely manner. Kept the meeting on tasks, engaging material throughout the session.
