We considered multiple HR consulting firms online, looking at their services, price structure, and communication style and stopped at three most liked. We have previously worked with Job Tiger on other projects and have been very satisfied with them. In the end, we chose them because we agreed that they could help us finding the best match based on our needs and deadline.

We started with multiple meetings and discussions about the needed QA job profile. After we clarify the required technical and social skills Job Tiger started the process. They assigned it to their recruitment manager who was responsible of the execution.

They posted their announcement for the job on several sites then did the initial screening, interviews and shortlisting of candidates. After we met with the shortlisted candidates, we discussed with them our selection and together made the selection of the final candidate.

First we had meetings with the General Manager of the company. After we specified the scope of work, we worked with Recruitment Manager who managed our project.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

Always outstanding, quick and helpful. All provided candidates were appearing according to the market standards and at the respective quality. At the end we managed to find the appropriate person for the position we was looking for.

It was privilege to be working with these people, everything was so easy and smooth for us. I can only highlight their professionalism and readiness to help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The team's attitude towards their work and with whom they work was impressive in the workflow. All people we worked with are highly knowledgeable and professional.

I can’t add anything here. What I saw is that they are always trying to improve and stay up to date with the new things.

JobTiger is the first recruitment agency on the Bulgarian market and provides 360 HR/Recruitment services so it's definitely one of the places one should consider going to when working in Bulgaria.

As mentioned above, these are multiple projects and required different set up, tooling and resourcing.

My go-to person is always Zaro (Svetlozar Petrov), JT's CEO, but I keep close contact with Natalia Tsvetanova, Recruitment Manager and Hristian Petkov, JT's COO. Over the years there were many other people I have worked with but these three stand out today.

Always outstanding, quick and helpful. If the matter was regarding a consultancy, it was quick and based on real facts, which led to right decisions being taken. If it was about a talent acquisition need, these resources were appearing according to the market standards and at the respective quality.

Privilege to be working with these people, so I can only highlight their professionalism and readiness to help.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

There are very many things impressive about JT, but I find the most helpful of all to be their CEO's in-depth understanding of the market, his ability to quickly analyse and find out what's true, and act on facts. I love their ability to adapt and flexibly adjust to what the market needs constantly. Of course, without losing their common sense on the historical relationships between events, is really mind-blowing and most humbling.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

In a market like ours today, whatever recommendations someone makes, should be considered with a question mark of their overall relativity to the most near future. Therefore, I'd just say they should just keep being flexible as to whatever comes along their journey.

They provide us regularly and on demand an overview of the IT labor market, pay ranges, candidates availability.

With their help in recruitment we quickly managed to fill in the most of the open positions throughout the years. With the events, organized by them, our name became more recognizable among IT people and our recruitment efforts were more successful. Their in deep knowledge in the Bulgarian labor market helped us to be in line with the situating in the country

We communicated with them easily, not only via emails, but also calls and personal meetings. Timelines always were kept. They always accepted our urgent requests for meeting. They kept us always informed of the project status and fulfilment

Their attitude towards work and their clients were impeccable. Their loyalty; their openness in communication and readiness to help to their clients

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I cant say anything. They are always trying to develop their portfolio and services as business environments changes. For example, it took them few days when COVID stroke to move from live to online job fairs, so to be able to keep their promise and provide companies and candidates the opportunity for job match.

We researched for an Agency, that posseses an expertise and is capable to provide IT recruitment and consultant services. We shortlisted several companies and have chosen to partner with Job Tiger since their employees are very responsive, flexible and always ready to help.

We have concluded a contract for recruitment services. When we receive a request from our client about the our availability to hire a certain IT role, we contact Job Tiger and together with them provide the requested information. When we have an open IT position, which is challenging for us, we contact Job Tiger for support.

I am working with 1 person, who is on the position of Recruitment Manager. She is an amazing expert. Her name is Natalia Tsvetanova.

We are in constant contact with them and always complete the tasks.

I appreciate the fact they understand our indestry, very well know the market peculiarities. They are always ready to recommend tailored solutions that best fit our situation. I also appreciate their flexibility and on time feedback.

We wish they could have helped teach our internal team to undestand the specifics of different IT roles, but that is outside of their scope of work.
