It is a start up company. We produce and sell a new innovative patented medical device. I'm the inventor, the founder and the CEO of the company

For what projects/services did your company hire Jlab Animation?

I need a video animation about how it works our new product, a video that explains how it works in the hand. There is nothing similar in the market so it was not easy to create it with some examples. It took several revisions but it was ok at the end.

What were your goals for this project?

The scope was to have a video that could explain easily the scope of the product and how it works in the hand.

How did you select Jlab Animation?

I found this company by a web search, in particular on the fiverr website.

The video has to explain how is made the hand, with a focus on the carpal tunnel, here we have tendons and median nerve. Then it was explained what's happen when we have continue repetitive movements of the fingers: the tendons enlarge their dimensions and they compress the nerve... so pain and trouble.

The next step was to explain how the product works: it can create a little extra space in the carpal tunnel, the median nerve is not compressed anymore and extra fluid in the tendons can be reabsorbed.

What was your vendors' project management or feedback process?

The process required several revisions and time of course, but the communication was very good and in the end, we had a very good video.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The video is just made, so we need to check the response, but according to my experience, it will be appreciated.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We exchanged many messages and videos for revisions by the Fiverr platform. The communication was efficient and productive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They were very patient and take care always very much about our request. Very kind, professional, and efficient. Sometimes they worked also during the week end and we appreciated their commitments.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Maybe an improvement could be about how to send and transmit the information to develop the video. With this improvement, I think the process could be optimized, saving time in development and cost of course.

Started with script, and then static images followed by draft animations and then final animations.

The animation has an educational as well as a meditative function so meets the needs of young and old.
