Since 1974 Rosemary's Garden has been North America's leader in herbal products for health and personal care. My responsibility is to manage the web design and business implementation of rosemarysgarden.com.

We needed to find a company with broad experience in web design, SEO and familiarity with the Shopify framework. Jeronone Technologies has exceeded our expectations with prompt and effective implementation of a new theme for our website and careful testing and upgrading of related technologies.

We have an ongoing relationship with the company and look forward to their technical assistance for the long-term.

I conducted interviews with five companies. Jeronone Technologies was the only perfect fit.

Implementing a new theme required familiarity with the Shopify framework and the Flow theme that upgraded the look and feel of our website on all types of devices. Jeronone Technologies helped us pick a theme that was compatible with our needs, implemented it with patient reviews as we required additional modifications beyond the standard theme and, most important, made changes quickly and effectively, including contacting other companies regarding loose-end issues.

While we have completed phases I and II, we expect to have a long-term relationship with the companies because we have great confidence in their ability to deliver.

We worked with two software engineers and are expanding to additional SEO engineers. Their executive lead maintained contact with us throughout.

When some changes required review, we found it very convenient to review before changes were posted to the live site. We had convenient daily access to all staff. q

We used both email and Google Meet to coordinate all of our requests and changes.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Let me put some perspective on my answer to this question. I first started using the ARPANet in the late 1970's. This was for forerunner of the Internet as a project of the Advanced Research Projects Agency of the US Department of Defense. I used computers at BBN where the packet-switched networking protocols were invented.

All of this technology became what we now know as the Internet. At the same time I started a software company in Cambridge, Massachusetts in 1978. All of the above, I think, qualifies me to say that I believe Jeronone Technologies is an excellent example of a company that works effectively with its clients and I recommend them without reservation. Also, I recommend them without reservation.

I cannot think of anything that I would like to improve in the company.
