We selected Jelly based on a webinar presentation.

They came up with strategies focused on digital marketing and advertising including a new website, email marketing, advertorial, PR and SEO/SEM. They also manage our social media marketing efforts.

What was the team composition?

We work closely with an account executive. He works with office manager and team.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have seen an increase in our social media presence. During our time with Jelly we have found that our search engine marketing conversion rates have also been increasing leading to more intake for the firm.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We connect for monthly meetings but can easily book extra meetings if necessary. They have provided us with access to Basecamp to manage projects which has been easy to navigate and we also communicate through email.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They understand the needs of our business. There is a quick turn around on project tasks. Our account executive Chris is extremely efficient when having to produce work on tight deadlines. Their team was always friendly and ready to accommodate our requests.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

No, we are very happy with their services so far.

The Joseph Richard Group is a collection of unique hospitality ventures. Our team operates over 20 businesses including restaurants, public houses, a winery, a catering company, a hotel and liquor stores. I have the pleasure of working for the company as the Director of Marketing & Communications.

Our ongoing process includes their daily monitoring of our needs and requests while also brainstorming new ideas and angles to increase our reach. They write press releases, articles and op-eds for pitching to media. They schedule interviews, podcasts and influencer collaborations for our team.

I work directly with our account manager and PR coordinator.

Since working with them, we have seen a great increase in inbound links to our website along with increased brand awareness in our region.

Their ambition in providing unique ideas on a regular basis. Their ability to perform and complete tasks at a high level.  They are trustworthy, professional, and just nice people.
