• JD media and I have been working together on website design and e-commerce development for Capital City Cards

• JD media was very prompt in responding to my queries and made me feel at ease.  The project would have been completed very quickly if it weren't for me slowing down the process.  JD implemented his own deadlines for benchmarks and progress on the website and always delivered on time. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Site indexed on Google within the first month — 385 impressions and 62 clicks in March 2026. Average search position of 4.8 across tracked keywords. Mobile PageSpeed score of 88/100, desktop 100/100. Stripe payments integrated with live product listings and automated inventory management.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

JD media was one of the best companies that I have ever dealt with.  No question was too big or small, he was always available by phone, text or email.  We met in person to walk through the webdesign and when we were unable to meet in person, he provided me with a video tutorial that was very easy to follow along. 

JD media always delivered on time.  The website easily could have launched just a couple of weeks after we first met however due to personal reasons I wasn't able to invest the amount of time that I would have liked.  JD media was more than accommodating and understanding.  An excellent communicator who is professional and very easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Passion to help my company get its website setup.  JD Media was eager to have it launched and has since kept tabs on the website to ensure there aren't any bugs or glitches.  He was more motivated to have the website launched and finalized than I was! 

Are there any areas for improvement or something JD Media could have done differently?

Absolutely not.  I would very highly recommend JD Media!
