It is basically to implement more data driven AI Backed decisions within the oranisation. So we're building and ai agent that listens and reverts with best alternativve available concidering past trial and error method to enhance smooth workflow and operations within the company

It runs smoothly, but need data to be precise and communicate seemless. We're on right track just need to train the model. The development is done just adding up few things for better results and productivity

They guided us very precisely about what to include and what not to. Also, the team is good listener. Also, the founder Mr. Yogesh is very humple and pleasant personality, both in communications and action. They were on time everytime it was about deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The resposiveness, literally they're fast, reliable and humble. the project cost was never increased as we added little things more to include in deliverables. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something JCentrix Private Limited could have done differently?

nothing, i must say. Things goes realy well with Jcentrix. The little issue i found was only one, there was one feature to reply the AI bot with document file, it was lagging. It took them 10 days to make it work fine. Rest everything was smooth

I’m the product manager at an ERP solutions provider.

We hired JCentrix for mobile app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JCentrix built a mobile application to serve as an extension for our management systems. We had a lot of requirements for the app and provided them with our existing management system to build off. Then, JCentrix developed the entire app from scratch. 

The cross-platform mobile app serves as a resource to help our management personnel execute and report on their tasks; the app tracks executed tasks. 

What is the team composition?

We coordinated with a project manager; I also had contact with the co-founder. 

How did you come to work with JCentrix?

I was referred to them by a friend who'd worked with them and was happy with their services. 

How much have you invested with them?

I invested around $25,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our partnership with JCentrix was from January–July 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The application had precise requirements and was integrated into several other systems — we needed the end users' performance to be uncompromised. We also required specific functionalities to fulfill our needs. JCentrix delivered on both of those metrics. We haven’t experienced any post-production bugs. 

How did JCentrix perform from a project management standpoint?

JCentrix’s project manager coordinated the entire project; they came to us whenever they needed clarification about the project. There were very few instances when we needed to ask them for updates — they were very good at providing us with progress reports. Their team was very proactive. 

We had a ticketing system in place that tracks ongoing tasks. On it, we were able to see what needed to be updated, like user stories. We also had an email group to communicate with JCentrix.

What did you find most impressive about them?

JCentrix’s team are honest and hardworking people. If they continue doing good work, they’ll do well. JCentrix’s approach to our project was great — they were very collaborative. 

There were even a few instances where they corrected our approach to the project, providing expert guidance on the app. JCentrix’s team educated us and guided us through the app development so it was technically sound. They kept us from using the wrong technologies. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I have nothing for them to improve.

We had hired them specifically for React and Java development as the code is built upon the mentioned stack plus we needed expert advise in optimising the code as the project involved migration of code from older stack to a newer technology. Tech skills were very critical for the delivery of this project

They were referred to us from our referral network after which we had gone through a rigorous assessment exercise involving 3-4 discussion round to ascertain the technical capability their team posses and would be right fit for the project we are delivering.

Scope:- - Multi layered TMS(Transport Management solution), one of the top TMS provider in US - Specific modules which we were working were of Incentive Management Application for the freight carriers, where highly accurate data was being retrieved and then processed in secure environment. - Application had to go thru several servers of migration as data was a critical part in this application. - Additionally, for new interface a complete javascript framework was revamped for faster access to end user

3 people were hired:- - 1 React Developer - 2 Senior Java Developer

Migration was completed close to 40% close to the year's target of 60% - Optimised Code was delivered and refactored wherever required - Functional software for the modules completed

Accessibility to the team. Transparency in communicating of several delivery timelines. Proactive on identifying the blockers

Most of the part was good and the team was evolving with each releases.
