We needed a vendor to help us build our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Jastor built a website that helps customers book appointments online and schedule showroom visits. They revamped every aspect of the platform, including our logo, color schemes, and the backend of each page.

What is the team composition?

My main point of contact was the project manager.

How did you come to work with Jastor?

We came across their company through research and a recommendation from one of our big clients.

How much have you invested with them?

We invested around $500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from March 2018–March 2019.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Thanks to Jastor, we’ve been able to increase traffic and engagement online, garnering more than double the amount in the past year.

How did Jastor perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed well from a project management perspective, strictly adhering to our deadlines, schedules, and deliverables.

We typically communicated through Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us the most was their responsiveness and quality of customer service.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything they need to improve on because they always resolved every issue we had.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

If you’re looking to work with Jastor, my only advice is to be consistently responsive and answer their emails diligently.

I am the Casting and Booking Manager for Carnival Cruise Line Entertainment.

For what projects/services did your company hire Jastor, and what were your goals?

We were looking to re-brand the Entertainment department for Carnival Cruise Line from the Team Member recruitment point of view.

we priced out a few options and ultimately liked what Jastor offerred the best.

To start Jastor took the time to interview many of the current team members to gain a true understanding of the way that we view the company so that they could properly turn around and design a look that would correlate with the love and excitement that we have for the company. They designed a full re-branding package with logos, colors, tag lines, design inspiration and marketing ideas.

How many people from the Jastor team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with a few different people from start to finish. However the Jason Torres was the constant leader through out the project. Everyone at Jastor was helpful the entire way through.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have been using all of the new collateral designed by Jastor for over a year now, and we absolutely love it. We often get complimented on our fun look.

Jastor is timely in answering questions. They are happy to set up a phone conversation or to welcome us into their office for a meeting.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We loved working with Jastor. TThey were able to give us the attention that we were looking for and professional the entire time. It is the right combination of corporate confidence and small business attention.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They were just awesome!

I am the owner of Kool Renovations, a full service Design/Supply/Build firm exclusively gifted in crafting out elegant custom finishes and beautiful living spaces.

We needed a method that would help us focus on finding the perfect brand story, that can reinforce the value and purpose of the organization to connect you with the right audience.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to construct our identity and develop a tailored and concise brand strategy that will appeal to our target audience.

How did you select this vendor?

I came across Jastor through a lifestyle magazine that was featuring Jason’s work which I thought was very impressive. And it was about a year later of saving that magazine clip that I decided to reach out. From the beginning, I received excellent service from Jason and his team. He met with me to discuss the design process and answer all my questions to make sure I was comfortable with the moving forward.

Once we got started, his team worked hard to turn my vision into reality. They worked tirelessly through many rounds of revisions without hesitation. They adapted to my evolving needs and were flexible throughout the process. In the end, they delivered an excellent final product that exceeded my expectations.

They customize a plan for my brand, helped to identify which brand message was an efficient carrier and execute a consistent design application for each touchpoint.

I have been very fortunate to work directly with their president Jason Torres and was also assigned a dedicated project manager who went above and beyond. However I must say that the whole team are very knowledgeable and creative.

Since launching my website with Jastor, I continue to receive a great amount of feedback from my customers.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Jason broke down the project into three different phases and each phase was kept on time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Jastor offers a full complement of strategic, creative, interactive and media services all under one roof.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I really don’t have any suggestions for improvements I has always been impressed by the work they deliver.
