Not long after, we started seeing a noticeable increasement in our sales as they were really active about helping us out and cared a lot about our company success.

My company was focused on building an internal sales training program that would give the sales and customer service teams a common process and language. We are a multi-national organization, so this is critically important. After spending some time scoping out in-house work, we found that we needed a true methodology to build on. 

That's when we contacted Janek about creating a customized product that would serve essentially as a white-label internal sales training program. The deliverables included custom training materials, custom sustainment tools, sustainment application, and sales consulting.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

In a difficult time when Covid was still stunting in-person consumer sales and commercial pricing was out of control, our sales team was able to handle the mania and continue to use a single process.The program was easy to develop and highly relevant because of the degree of customization. When the housing market cooled and commercial pricing settled into place, my company was able to maintain consistently strong profits and report growth at our shareholder call.

The project management team was awesome and delivered the project earlier than expected. They were super responsive to our needs. It always felt like they dropped everything to help.
