Sought out a third-party audit of our paid media/media buying practices.  Andrew from Jamn Marketing took us behind the scenes and explained every aspect of our account's settings and strategy in an easy-to-understand way.  Once we had these insights, it was clear that our media buying strategy was incongruent with what we were hoping to achieve as a construction company.  We were overpaying significantly for leads, and many of them were unqualified or coming from questionable sources.  Once we'd established what was lacking, the Jamn Marketing team (Andrew & Nathan, specifically) laid out a complete scope of work.

To mention a few items: keyword strategy and optimization, lowering our cost per click (CPC) and increasing our return on ad spend (ROAS), more targeted location settings, and isolated campaigns for each vertical of our business.  

During the initial rollout, they also identified some pain points in our lead management process that were beyond their scope of work, but took the time to offer feedback, optimize our customer service procedures, and improve our lead conversion rate - all at no additional cost.  Really, going above and beyond.  

In the few months we've been working together, our cost per conversion (CPC) on our google ads has dropped almost 90%, and the leads generated are already up 300% over the preceding year.  It's hard to imagine a better result.  I'm very pleased with the entire experience, hence why I've decided to take the time to leave such an extensive review.  
I can't recommend the Jamn Marketing team highly enough.  My only regret is that we didn't bring them on to manage our pay-per-click (PPC) and overall media buying strategies sooner.

We initially engaged Jamn Marketing to generate leads for one of our service locations, tasking them with developing a location-specific marketing strategy to increase phone calls and lead-form submissions. They also focused on reworking keywords and campaigns that previously were not generating the results we were looking for. Through continuous analysis and A/B testing, along with getting feedback from our internal team, Jamn was able to generate qualified leads via google that has led to our teams being at capacity consistently.

After working with them for a few months and getting the results we were after, we expanded their role to include all of our 20+ service locations replacing 2 other agencies in the process. Their ability to consistently deliver measurable outcomes and bring new ideas to the table is beyond that of which we’ve seen any other agency deliver. ZOKU partnered with Jamn Marketing to accelerate our e-commerce growth and optimize our diverse catalog of SKUs.

Their scope includes developing a data-driven omnichannel marketing strategy, refining our Google Shopping, Search, and Meta ad campaigns, and implementing targeted initiatives based on customer behavior.

While we are still working toward fully optimizing our advertising efforts and maximizing ROAS, Jamn Marketing has helped us make significant progress.
