I am the VP of video production for a media company that focuses on branded content production.

James Post was hire to do post production work on a range of branded content and editorial videos.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

James Post always joins a post production kick off meeting where they are downloaded on the project. They then take all the final assets from the video shoot and start the editing process. They go through multiple rounds of internal reviews before it goes out to the client.

They are responsible for assembling the edit, choosing music, doing sound design and light color correction. Once note are back from the client, they are responsible for fulfilling the changes. Once the project is complete they have to deliver all the assets in full.

We worked with Jonathan and the feedback process was easy and collaborative.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Jonathan always does an excellent job and clients are usually happy.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

Jonathan is very communicative and on top of all deadlines, and often gets ahead of schedule. He is realistic about what a project will take.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are adaptable to whatever is thrown their way.
