The team consistently met deadlines and kept us informed all the way. Alex was on top of the business and we really utizlied and leaned on the insights and feedback given. I love how quickly our relationship and trust developed. Being a small team it was incredibly helpful to feel like you have someone to know so much about your business and help guide you at times. They held us accountable as much as we hold them, and I appreciated their follow-through. When a project is presented they always have the full scope of it completed so we have everything we need to communicate internally. I appreciate the organization, assertiveness, and reporting that comes from them

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Our experience with Jamdesk has been smooth from start to finish. They meet all our expectations, and we haven't yet encountered any significant issues that would require them to change their approach.

Key deliverables include affiliate recruitment and vetting, partner onboarding, ongoing relationship management, performance tracking and reporting, commission structure optimization, promotional asset coordination, and strategic program growth initiatives. They handle all day-to-day affiliate communications, negotiate placements with partners, identify new recruitment opportunities, and provide regular performance analytics that inform our broader marketing strategy.
