Key deliverables include affiliate recruitment and vetting, partner onboarding, ongoing relationship management, performance tracking and reporting, commission structure optimization, promotional asset coordination, and strategic program growth initiatives. They handle all day-to-day affiliate communications, negotiate placements with partners, identify new recruitment opportunities, and provide regular performance analytics that inform our broader marketing strategy.

Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Our experience with Jamdesk has been smooth from start to finish. They meet all our expectations, and we haven't yet encountered any significant issues that would require them to change their approach.

We needed help building our affiliate business to help diversify our acquisition efforts, expand touchpoints across all stages of the customer's pre-purchase journey, strengthen relationships with key media outlets, and build partnerships with creators.

The team has also worked on improving visibility and traffic with top partners, negotiating better terms with different partners based on funnel participation and impact on revenue, and conducting ongoing investigations of new opportunities and connections.Jamdesk has also delivered detailed weekly reports for full visibility, product launches, branding campaigns, and annual sales updates. The team has provided details on all partnership agreements aligned upfront to ensure the best cost and benefit alignment.

Jamdesk has helped us achieve an affiliate revenue growth of over 500%. The team has also grown new partnerships by 200%, improved conversion rates by 20%+, and reduced spending on partners who were getting credit for sales that would have happened without their involvement.

How did Jamdesk perform from a project management standpoint?

Jamdesk's project management is excellent; they always deliver on time. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Initially, I was impressed by Jamdesk's expertise. However, through working with them, I've been impressed by how innovative they are. It's a pleasure to connect with them through the work, which makes all our interactions enjoyable.
