I am a project manager of an e-commerce store that sells mirrors, shower solutions and glass doors.

We were expanding to new markets and our main sales channel was Google Ads. We hired Jam Agency for optimizing our Google Ads campaigns.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We found this vendor through content marketing. The decising factors were their professional approach, successful cases and great reviews.

First of all, Jam Agency did a deep research of our business and Google Ads campaigns, and prepared a strategy. Further on, they were continiously monitoring the campaign and making neccessary adjustments. The main goal was to decrease the CPA while increasing the reach.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

3 people were helpling us. One was responsible for communication, second for working with Google Ads, third for helping with technical tasks.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The time when we were working for this project was complicated due to several factors. The CPC was getting more and more expensive. Nevertheless, Jam Agency managed to significantly decrease our CPA while mainaining or even increasin the amount of conversions.

The project managament is perfect. Their approach is very professional, and communication is fast. All the questions from my side were answered in detail.

The most impressive is their professional approach. Everything was smooth, easy, quick, and efficient.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I am not sure about this but the only thing is that they could have been taking more initiative to launch new or completely different campagins, but that would be probably out of the projects scope.
