I'm the managing director of a dental practice with several clinics across Scotland.

We hired JACK RYAN to help us expand our current patient base and improve our brand.

What was the scope of their involvement?

JACK RYAN provides us with various digital marketing services to help us improve our lead generation. They run our PPC through Facebook and Google. Their team has also developed our new website. 

What is the team composition?

We work with 5–6 teammates from JACK RYAN, including an account manager, paid social media lead, a PPC executive, and several teammates focused on click-through rates. 

How did you come to work with JACK RYAN?

We found JACK RYAN through a Google search — they were highly rated and provided us with a great proposal. 

How much have you invested with them?

We invest £2,000 (approximately $2,600 USD) with JACK RYAN monthly. 

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement with JACK RYAN began in March 2020, and it's ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We've seen a 50% increase in year-over-year leads, which we count as patients who sign up for private dental care. Our overall ad spend ROI is was 150%–200% in 2021. 

How did JACK RYAN perform from a project management standpoint?

We have access to the custom dashboards JACK RYAN uses to manage the project. My team uses those dashboards to submit requests, which are replied to within a few hours. We have weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams and monthly in-person meetings with the account manager to discuss the project. Outside of those meetings, we communicate with JACK RYAN's team through phone calls. They also provide project reports in our quarterly business reviews that analyze our performance, media spending, and ROI. JACK RYAN's clear communication is a significant improvement from our last agency, which didn't do a lot of reporting. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Our ad spend ROI is impressive regarding patient sign-ups and lead generation metrics we're receiving. We've never had results from our previous vendors as impressive as what JACK RYAN delivers. Additionally, JACK RYAN is very responsive and always brings new ideas to the table. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

JACK RYAN has expanded very quickly, so our primary contact changed a few times — there have been some growing pains. However, they've ironed out those problems through their project management tools. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I'd advise customers to be detailed in their project requirements. I'd also recommend JACK RYAN to anyone because they're proactive, honest, and transparent.
