I’m the CEO of a trading company.

We needed their team's expertise in software and app development.

What was the scope of their involvement?

ITTStar Consulting, LLC has built our custom software based on the wireframes we've provided. Upon refining the wireframes we've sent them, they've used Azure to build our database and proceeded with migrating our content. They've also handled our API integration efforts to connect our multiple channels.

Once they've completed the software, ITTStar Consulting, LLC has developed our web and Android apps, which are meant for our users. Additionally, their team is set to handle our managed services soon.

What is the team composition?

We interact with a project coordinator, CN manager, solution architect, database architect, API technical lead, and two developers, but there've been about 20 resources from their team who've been working on our development projects.

Our offices were in the same building — ITTStar Consulting, LLC offered us a free proof of concept, and we hired them after finding their presentation impressive.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our apps are currently under the beta phase, so only select customers can use them. We've received positive feedback from these initial users, and our internal team is also satisfied with the quality of ITTStar Consulting, LLC's work. They've delivered the features, databases, and API support that we need to sustain our three main apps. Overall, we're pleased with their performance, and we're excited to continue working with their team.

How did ITTStar Consulting, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

We communicate via WhatsApp and text messages and rely on Google tools for project management. ITTStar Consulting, LLC is a responsive and timeline-oriented team — we can count on them to address our needs promptly despite any pandemic-related hindrances.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IITStar Consulting, LLC's level of expertise in AWS development is exceptional, and they contribute productive ideas to improve the outcome of our projects. Additionally, they're highly receptive to our feedback, and they make sure to bring in results that meet our expectations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can work on refining their scoping skills — there've been a few times wherein they've underestimated a project size and set unrealistic timeline goals.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Be specific in outlining your goals and communicate constantly with their project manager.

We use them for staff augmentation and IT consulting.

ITTStar Consulting provides staff that does our data entry and document management. They’ve also implemented our software system.

There are around ten people in our team, and we have some managers.

Our CEO used to know them on a friendly basis, so I believe that’s how they made the introduction.

We began working with them in January 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t had any issues with ITTStar. They’ve delivered the product, and the service we’ve requested has been done on time. We can know how many errors come in monthly based on what was given to them, and they’re usually really fast at responding and reviewing the problem before it gets out of hand.

How did ITTStar Consulting, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re excellent. They have a hierarchy set up, and we usually just deal with the top-level people. They’re able to go ahead and get everyone on the project to set up quickly.

We typically communicate via Slack, email, and Zoom meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their communication is excellent. When we’ve used other companies in the past, we’ve had issues trying to get a hold of them. However, ITTStart is very attentive. We can go ahead and communicate to get the issue resolved. If we want a particular system or something on the project, they’re on top of it. Their customer service is outstanding, and they’re all eager to do things the right way.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We don’t have anything negative to say. That’s why we’re still with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Trust their services and their manager. They’re knowledgeable about what they’re doing, so I don’t think anybody would have issues with them.

Needed expert consultation to choose the better cloud service provider, analytics report and data security with a cost-effective solution. The team proactively understood my problem and came up with the best solution. We are in a better hands for our data management

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The cloud migration was a great success. Ease of process and coordination by the team helped us worry less about our data security.

Easy going. They always scheduled a meeting and patiently understood the requirement and tailored the solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

All the team members associated were always available when needed, every time. We like this quality about them.
