I’m an executive of York Nordic. We design and manufacture high-quality Nordic and hiking poles, blending advanced sports engineering with artistic design. We sell our products through instructors, retailers, and online channels.

What challenge were you trying to address with It's Your Call?

We needed help generating leads for an actuarial software and service company.

What was the scope of their involvement?

It's Your Call provides B2B telemarketing services. They handle the initial qualification of leads, and we send the leads information about our software and services. After that, It's Your Call calls the leads again to schedule a meeting. The team delivers daily call reports and a lead list, highlighting whether we need to send literature or schedule a call.

We started working with It's Your Call in May 1997, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

It's Your Call's work has resulted in meetings with qualified customers and closed business deals. 14% of the leads have turned into meetings, and 21% of those meetings have closed. We track literature requests, meetings held, and business deals closed as KPIs.

How did It's Your Call perform from a project management standpoint?

It's Your Call delivers on time and got the project up and running within days. We communicate via email and messaging apps.

I'm impressed by It's Your Call's seamless integration into our business process. Ceri's passion for our success is unique. She is so vested in our success that her energy is infectious. Ceri also personally calls me if there's an especially fabulous lead.
