Given that our Recruitment team has been primarily focused on candidates in other office locations, we have engaged ItMatch to lead the hiring process in Poland.

We successfully recruited over 30 highly skilled individuals, meeting our 2024 recruitment target.

The review and interview process was considerably more efficient compared to previous engagements with agencies in Germany and Malta.

The engineers and specialists hired have demonstrated significant contributions to the company’s objectives within a few weeks of their commencement, indicating our joint ability to identify and hire the right individuals.

ItMatch coordinated their steps with me, the project sponsor, and other hiring managers and the internal HR/Recruitment team to ensure adherence to our processes. 

Recruiters and coordinators from ItMatch adjusted their communication style to accommodate the preferences of employees participating in the project. They were also highly effective in coordinating interview scheduling and participation on our side.

ItMatch recruiters collaborated closely with hiring managers and provided timely and relevant information to facilitate decision-making.

We encountered some challenges regarding the enumeration standards we use in , which are not commonly used in the Polish market. ItMatch assisted us in conveying the offer value to candidates effectively.

ItMatch utilised our internal collaboration tools (SmarRecruiters, Slack, MS Teams calls, email) and their management consistently demonstrated professionalism in communication, effectively understanding our requirements.

Key deliverables included: Identification and presentation of 29 pre-screened candidates and creation of 7 job offers, resulting in 5 successful hires.
