Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

App development has been completed after a few revisions and changes, there are a few outstanding minor issues that remain that are reasonably being resolved.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication was smooth, the team asked for all the information they needed upfront. The clearly identified risks and how any information that was not available yet would affect timelines. They responded in a reasonable timeline and followed up when we were not able to get back as quick as we would like.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their genuine enthusiasm for the project made it easy to work with them. Their enthusiasm resulted in them asking very positive strategic questions about the project that helped create a better project.

Are there any areas for improvement?

While we understand that it was difficult to create a complete test development environment for them to work from, we believe better consultation/clarification of the API documentation could have resulted in a more streamlined process.

Additionally, I believe a release notes format could have been a benefit, specifically to present known issues during the development process.

They've been really successful with the delivery of the project and applying their skillsets. Their communication over time has gotten better and better. We built up a really good working relationship.

How did itjet perform from a project management standpoint?

They work incredibly hard to meet deadlines. I've only got good things to say about them in that regard.

Communication has been really good with them. Their flexibility on projects has been superb.

Are there any areas they could improve?

At the moment, we've given them feedback, and they've improved in just about every aspect. I think the problem initially was with communication, but that's gotten just so much better over time that I have nothing else to mention.

The spirit of the developers, the instant grasp of value propositions from the UX/UI designer, the sparring, and the honest and competent feedback from the team. The humor and the willingness to do the work well and delivering on time with a sense of personal responsibility.

There was a project management issue at the start, but that was solved and we had a great collaboration ever since.
