Since establishing its headquarters in Dubai 32 years ago, Omnix has grown exponentially, particularly in the GCC region, with offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar helping hundreds of clients achieve their vision.

Project includes Multiple complete managed threat inteligence and brand protection services. Here is the key highlights of the deliverable.

• Dark Web Monitoring 24/7 monitoring of Deep/Dark Web to ensure no information regarding client goes unnoticed. and Alerting client whenever a data leak is made available that may contain its  information.
• Realtime monitoring of Social Media accounts of client's businesses to ensure they are safe, and posts are not made outside of a regular pattern.
• Taking immediate corrective action as soon as a phishing/look alike domain of client or its digital assets is created/detected.
• Realtime monitoring of the Surface, Deep and Dark web to identify any spoofed or copied Clients Digital Asset

Biggest outcome is customer satisfaction and secondly the trust we have got on the IT-Butler team.

They were responsive to my needs and maintained good communication throughout the project. The quality of their work was generally high and met the specified requirements. Overall, I'm satisfied with ITButler e Services' performance and would rate their project management as very good, with some room for improvement.
