I'm an optometrist and the owner of my office.

What challenge were you trying to address with IT STARTS! media?
Advertising is challenging, and we didn’t want to do leaflets or mail-outs because we wanted to see quick results. We have a lot of competition from fellow local businesses and online platforms. It’s imperative that we have the best social media presence possible, and we needed help.

My business has really picked up since partnering with IT STARTS! media. The quality of their work is amazing and even better than I expected.
My goal was to have the best social media presence possible, and they made it happen. We get a lot of rave reviews about the quality of the video, and how modern it looks. The video is the perfect length and clearly promotes my office in a posh and clean way. I'm thrilled they effectively captured the message, and that we’re getting so much positive feedback.
We’re a small business, and IT STARTS! media has helped us stand out. There are many businesses with outdated websites that are poorly maintained. This partnership has been totally worthwhile because they gave us an outstanding product. They are hard workers, and they’re dedicated to the project.
We don’t have the resources to track metrics but many patients find us through word of mouth. People have come in after seeing our video, and it had a tangible effect on our business. I’ve been deeply satisfied with their project management skills. I’m not the easiest to work with because I want to see results quickly.
They laid out a very clear project plan to start, and they do all the legwork to make my job easier. All I have to do is give my stamp of approval. They answer all my phone calls and emails; they’re always punctual.
They respond with a text or call me within a few minutes whenever I have a question. They give great answers and are confident in sharing information around their point of view when I have doubts. They have excellent expertise, and I can trust them. They are very easy to work with, and we mainly communicate via text and email.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their products are outstanding. They’re professional and timely, and they come in ready to work. They constantly ask for feedback on how they can improve and if their services have affected the business. It’s been nothing but gold stars across the board for IT STARTS! media. I’m just really pleased with how they set up and the equipment quality; that sentiment has trickled down to my patients when they see them coming in to film.
Whenever they come to my office, they’re really good at working between patients, and they don’t affect the flow of the office. Their equipment is sophisticated and impressive. It’s almost like they are flying a spaceship with how modern their technology is. Even the patients are blown away by their presence, which makes my office look better.
I’ve used other platforms to promote my business in the past, and they never met my standards. Different platforms have terrible customer service, and their pricing isn’t set up for small businesses. I had to find a way to promote my small business in a reasonable way because every penny counts. I wish I had partnered with IT STARTS! media sooner because they’re the best in seeing a return on my investment.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I have nothing glaring they could improve on. Maybe they could have brought donuts for me to eat!
