The recruitment agency supports the company in sourcing candidates for various technical positions. The scope of work includes active candidate sourcing, identification and presentation of relevant profiles, communication with potential candidates, and promoting the company and its career opportunities. Key deliverables include a continuous pipeline of relevant candidates, timely candidate referrals, effective communication throughout the initial recruitment stage, and support in promoting the company as an attractive employer.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A total of 18 candidates were successfully hired with the agency’s support. All 18 employees successfully completed their probationary periods and were placed in key technical positions within the company’s projects.

IT-Rex supported 45 accepted offers across multiple technical and business roles during the ongoing cooperation with us since 2020.

The long-term cooperation and the high level of trust built between our companies stood out. The agency consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism, providing quality results that meet our requirements within short timeframes.

Are there any areas for improvement or something IT-Rex could have done differently?

One potential area for improvement could be further developing the recruitment process through the use of modern AI tools and technologies. For example, introducing AI-supported screening tools or short video introductions from candidates could help us make the selection process more efficient and provide additional insights into candidates beyond their CVs and interviews. This could potentially improve the overall quality and effectiveness of the selection process while also making the candidate experience more engaging and modern.

IT-Rex provides us with end-to-end IT recruitment services, from candidate sourcing and screening to successful placement. They have filled multiple technical roles for us, including Java, Node.js, Android, Salesforce, Automation QA, Magento, and Full-Stack engineers.

We have been working with IT-Rex since 2017. Over the course of our cooperation, they have supported 15 hires across Automation QA, Android, Magento, Angular, Salesforce, Salesforce B2C Commerce, Node.js, Java, React/C# Full-Stack, and Java Full-Stack roles.

IT-Rex supported three accepted offers for Senior Auditor roles across two separate hiring cycles.

We are very satisfied with the Senior Auditor hired in 2024, who remains with the company and now participates in interviews for new candidates.
