Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We had existing Telemetry products that utilize Telit cellular radios. Ishanya analyzed and improved the AT command set drivers at the product embedded level to implement an extensive radio recovery and error handling, plus made many associated backend AWS server improvements. All our data from our telemetry devices report to a Kubernetes cluster at AWS, and Ishanya worked wirh Omnisite management to implement many server upgrades

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Ishanya supplies dedicated resources to our firm on an ongoing basis. Each 6 months we mutually agree to a software development schedule, and reflect on the past 6 months. We test all outcomes each 6 months, and test success is defined before the work starts each period

Ishanya is a very professional organization. Since they are located in Bangalore India, and we are in USA, we conduct mostly virtual meetings. Ishanya is always very prepared for these meetings with detailed Powerpoints, lists, schedules, documentation, audio, and videos. Their presentations are more professional than our own employees do

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their ability to meet schedules and complete complex work was excellent. Frankly, post pandemic in USA, we have a difficult time finding quality software developers. Ishanya has excellent people with a strong work ethic

Are there any areas for improvement or something Ishanya Technologies LLP could have done differently?

My only comment here is that new AWS deployments need to be monitored for cost increases. We are a complete cloud company, and we continually need to watch our AWS spend. Besides this single comment, Ishanya is excellent
