Iron Wells produced a suite of video assets to support our product launch, including social media advertising creatives and a product explainer video for our website. The engagement included concept development, storyboarding, script refinement, vehicle selection & acquisition, multi-day video production, post-production and creation of a custom 3D animation to demonstrate how the product works. Key deliverables included multiple ad variations, audience-specific messaging hooks/imagery, footage across many vehicle types and use cases, and a library of creative assets that could be used across paid media, social channels and our website.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Iron Wells delivered a strong library of creative assets that we used across our website, social media channels and paid advertising campaigns. The videos and 3D animation helped communicate a technically complex product in a clear and engaging way and supported a successful Kickstarter launch that raised more than $350,000 among 1200 backers.

Iron Wells was highly collaborative and responsive throughout the project. The team was organized, communicative and consistently willing to go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. They arrived prepared for shoots, worked efficiently on set and were willing to revisit shots multiple times to ensure we captured the strongest footage. While some deliverables took slightly longer than anticipated, we were also working against an aggressive launch schedule and there were a lot of versions to process. The team remained flexible, receptive to feedback and committed to delivering a high-quality final product that met our needs.

What impressed us most was the team's commitment to quality and their dedication to getting the details right. Our product is an automotive product, so it was critical to work with a partner who understood vehicles, installations and enthusiast audiences. Their automotive knowledge showed throughout the project, from vehicle selection and use cases to accurately capturing installation details and real-world ownership scenarios. The team consistently went above and beyond expectations, whether that meant refining creative, reshooting scenes or spending the time to ensure the final product was as strong as possible. We also appreciated their responsiveness and professionalism throughout the process.

The project involved the planning, development and launch of our newest innovation, the 1810 Ideal Tubular T-Shirt targetting a B2B audience.  We needed Iron Well's expertise in capturing photography and video for a wide variety of colors.  Deliverables included:  :15 teasers, a :30 sizzle video and a full :60 sizzle video.  Photography was included in the mix as well.

My entire team, inclusive of my executive leadership and sales were incredibly satisfied with the deliverables.  Iron Well pivoted for us at a critical point which ended up helping us deliver steller creative.

Ironwell was tasked with creating 2 video assets for our Bentgo Heat Bag product video. One was an "x-ray" video clip that showcased our product in a virtual world with the camera pushing in towards the bag. After a few seconds, the front of the bag wiped away in order to reveal the internal parts of the bag, the heating plate underneath, a lunch box that housed food in it, and the food inside the box. The second video asset was the product falling from the top of frame onto a countertop while the colors of the bag changed to show our 4 different colorways. This was in total about 15s of 3D footage.

The second job was for our Bentgo Chill product video. We had footage of an actress holding a ice tray in her hands, which we needed to add icy "chill" effects to. This was in between 3-5s of composited footage.

High quality assets were created on-time and on-budget. Our board of executives were impressed by the clips that are in the representative product videos.
