They have no clear guide for communication. Everyone on their team jumps in at once, requiring us to respond multiple times to the same thing in different ways and not easily being able to come to terms regarding details. And timelines are a joke.

They always produced what they promised with the specified features without any errors, giving us a timeframe for each stage of development with an appropriate explanation on the weekly reports by using your preferred project management tools. I have noticed each time they completed a phase always ask for feedback and responded with an immediate solution help us a lot.

The project manager consistently kept us informed about the project via Slack and email, although we preferred to use Asana for project management for project planning and updates. They used agile approach to create each phase. After our daily standup meetings, they keep us informed and promptly ask the relevant questions, which helped us to save a ton of time.

We appreciated their proactive attitude and dedication to meeting deadlines. Even on holidays, their technical team supported me as I attempted to implement such a challenging solution. I can sum it up by saying it has to do with commitments and enthusiasm.

They are incredibly attentive to every detail and very friendly with business solutions. However, I believe they may stand to gain from adding more skills to their team for the tech version.

We were able to launch the project earlier than expected, which was a major achievement for us. Within the first three months, the platform accomodated over 100k users. The code structure started to take shape, which made it easy for us to introduce new modules to enhance our initial MVP to a much more featured product.

We had a direct communication with the decision maker and CEO of of the IOTA, and a flexible access to the whole team, which made it easier to communicate our ideas.

While the quality of work was great, they could have been more diligent about documentation and insured a better security system, yet we as a company didn't expect to grow that fast. I've told the project manager, and their team is working on this, now.
