Our client basically wanted a 3D-enriched website, and there was also some front-end work to be done. They started with presenting a plan-of-action for the same with a detailed time breakdown. As the work progressed, the requirements were changed slightly as more and more 3D work was assigned to them.

A couple of them I guess. There are a reporting manager who handled all the calls and communication while the other guys did the work.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The most notable outcome of this project was that our client was completely satisfied with the work they did. They were on-time with the deliverables and that is what mattered to the client and to us, so I guess this project was massive success overall.

The workflow has been amazing. Deadlines were met, changes were made quickly and most of all, they delivered quality work. So we didn't have to budge in as much. Top work overall!

They delivered what they promised initially. And in such long-term projects, this is the best thing one can get.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes. I would suggest if they can improve the quality of their reporting, that would make them close to perfect.

They started with creating the a detailed plan-of-action for our website, and as I was handling the content part, I was deeply involved in almost all the steps that were taken. They delivered the website well-within the timeline, given the fact that it had some 3D elements as well. And after that we moved towards the marketing part.

Yes! The most obvious is the current version of our website which was made by them. We received a very good feedback on the website, and even our board members were impressed from the results that they were able to pull.

It was pretty genuine. They responded every day to the queries and had a quick solution to our needs.  As mentioned, we were impressed by their speed of deliverables.

The most impressive thing about iOTA is definitely their clarity of implementation. The plan-of-action which they presented initially was followed & implemented by perfection and that is exactly what we wanted.

As of now I don't have any improvements for them.

We really didn't have any fixed set of deliverables when we started. Our main goal was to improve our presence on Google and boost our lead generation for both the short term and long term.

I worked with a number of them because we also did assign them some tasks related to designing and development, but all in all, the communication went seamlessly and I never had any complaints in this regard.

Yes. The most notable milestone that they achieved is to unlock quick lead generation through Paid Ads. They were putting ads that were bringing quality leads for us, just like we wanted. And we generated some really good business from them.

The workflow was good. The team was responsive to my queries and they also came up with unique suggestions. I cannot recall an instance where they missed or were late for a scheduled call, so I can say that the workflow was really really good.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The impressive part about them is definitely their creative edge. They can get you results using orthodox techniques as well, however, I would suggest giving them full charge of their project i.e Complete Autonomy. Once they have that, they are at their creative best and would surely impress you with the results.

Not really. They are quite good at what they do.

Our websites metrics improved, people were seeing our social media, and most of all, we were getting a lot of leads from their efforts.

We only chatted with a couple of their members, although a number of them were working on this campaign.

I guess the rise of SillyGeorge in the last 2-3 cannot be possible without these guys. They spearheaded the marketing campaign with ease, and assisted me through the process. Whether it's creating customized market approach, social media management or even PPC, these guys nailed almost everything.

Their style is focused more towards autonomy. You give them the time & resources they need for the project, and the rest will be handled by them. We had Bi-Weekly calls and throughout the campaign, we never faced any issues regarding missed deadlines as well.

I guess the most impressive part about them is their creative side. They also find these unique, out of the box quirks that really help them in our process.

I would suggest them if they can improve the turnaround time, it would make the process even faster.

I selected iOTA through a screening test, and the thing that stood out most regarding these guys is their professionalism and straightforward approach.

The project was divided into multiple stages. These guys began with detailed market research, which I was pretty impressed with. Then they started with the lead generation and branding part, which ran for about 4-6 months. I got some pretty leads through the campaign. The project also included sending a weekly newsletter and community marketing.

A number of guys from iota were involved in the project. I'm not specifically aware of their positions, but yes, I can say that different marketers, designers, and even some back-end developers were included in the process.

The results these guys showed were exceptional. Specifically, a group of students visited us which were redirected by these guys, and it turned out to be pretty profitable for us. I was greeted with weekly and monthly reports so that I could keep the track of their process.

The communication part was really good, and I don't have much to complain about.

I guess the most unique thing about iota is that they tend to take a really straightforward yet creative approach in their process, which sets them apart from the companies I've worked with.

They can slightly improve in terms of providing quick results.

The company systematically analysed our product positioning, and provided various advice on copies, landing site design etc. Most helpful is a series of engagement exercises with tech magazine, IG influencer and investors. We are seeing and encouraged by early success. Our product is currently being mentioned by a few tech coy and IG influencer/ investors are starting to notice our product.

We use Slack for communication and google sheet to keep track of project; generally the workflow is smooth

The main consultant Saurabh is proactive and diligent with his work. We are quite happy with the quality and volume, and the price we are being charged.

I think IOTA could improve on product positioning for our product. We have to internally repivot our own product positioning in the hope of getting more target customers.

We had four developers from iOTA Infotech and they built our solution using Ruby on Rails, which they helped determine. They also assisted with user stories and with scaling down the vision to an MVP [minimum viable product] that would allow us to add additional features as desired.

we worked directly with one of their senior developers. There was also one gentleman overseeing the development. That team structure was by our request because we are a smaller company with a small budget.

The communication was good but the scope was sacrificed near the end due to some development complications prior to launch. It was a mutual decision to reduce the scope.

Their budget reporting could’ve been better throughout the process so that we could’ve made our scope decisions sooner rather than later. Overall, though, it all fell within budget.
