The scope included end-to-en teleconsultation workflows, UX/UI design for patients, nurses, doctors and administrators, and integration of key medical devices such as blood pressure monitor, SpO2 monitor, IR thermometer, and digital weighing scale. Supporting devices including the nurse tablet, display, nurse call button, printer, and iTouch Hub were also integrated. The software ecosystem comprised Nurse, Doctor, Kiosk and admin applications, with seamless integration of devices, patient data and teleconsultation services. the completed solution underwent functional and integration testing to validate workflows, device connectivity, data exchange, application funcionality and the overall teleconsultation experience.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

iOrbit Digital Technologies developed and implemented the Authomode firmware. It helped us build the complete product.

How did iOrbit Digital Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?

We primarily communicated via email and messaging apps. The project was handled by Bijoy. His coordination with our team was good on the execution level. However, the project coordination from Sandeep Zende wasn’t up to the mark.
No monthly management reviews were conducted as agreed during the kick-off, and many times, we had to follow up on the status of the project. Later, we started directly engaging with their Bangalore office for the project execution. There were also misalignments with the agreed SOW milestones and deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The execution-level interaction was good.

The feedback I’ve given can be considered for improvements.
