Estenarh is an specialized application in providing psychological, social, family, educational and life coach counseling, with privacy and complete confidentiality, through highly experienced and professional consultants who are certified and distinguished.

For what projects/services did your company hire IOMechs, and what were your goals?

To turn ideas into products. IOMechs has professionally handled our project form the start to the within very short time. Not only that, they are also still our partner for improvement and maintenance.

How did you select IOMechs and what were the deciding factors?

IOMechs were selected for their promises in delivering project on time and they indeed did using best practices solutions out there. The other Factor was the team: very honest and friendly.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

As simple as it sound (allowing client to book online session with consultants), behind the screen are very complicated system that IOMechs really took the challenge to develop. From very customized booking system to Call, chat and notification integrations.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were probably more than 10 developers worked on this project. Communication was fantastic, the team including their CEO were always there to meet and discuss challenges.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

I can only say that Estenarh business is very successful now after three months of launching the app in the market. I think that tells the whole story. After delivery, support is amazing.

Very passionate team, love what they are doing and do it professionally. we never has any communication issues, in fact, communication has dramatically improved over time. they are very flexible in terms of what tools and/or methods to use for communication and always try to meet their client satisfaction

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I like their business oriented mind and how they not only think of development and completing tasks, rather, they try to involve in the business model and try to find best practices out their. They carefully listen to their client's requirements and handle all the complicated work.

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m co-founder and CEO of ICPlan. We’re an online application for corporate communications teams to help them manage their planning.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with IOMechs?

We needed to update our software system and change it to an updated version of Angular.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

They migrated our system into a new version of Angular and did a complete overhaul of the UX/UI. They built new components to the software too. The migration process was not simple, they had to redo the entire backend from scratch.

The application is based on an online calendar, with a lot of different permission levels. It’s been quite a complex setup because we’re enterprise level and we need to have a lot of flexibility with different organization structures.

What is the team composition?

We’ve had 4-6 team members working on this project at different times.

How did you come to work with IOMechs?

They were a recommendation from our previous development partner.  

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $60,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in September 2018, but our main development work began in February 2019. Our collaboration is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve had great feedback from our customers on the functionality and speed of our application. They always resolve any technical issues or bugs. When we were migrating our customers from version one to version two of our software, it’s always been handled really quickly.

How did IOMechs perform from a project management standpoint?

There have been no issues. Everything’s always really well communicated, and they’ve kept on top of the project. We communicate via Trello and Slack.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are very responsive and talented. We throw challenges at them and they’ve always come up with a solution. In general, they’re easy to work with. Even though we’re in the UK and they’re in Pakistan, we’ve maintained a good working relationship.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t pinpoint anything that we’ve had a real issue with. The Q&A in the past hasn’t always been up to par with what we needed, but they rectified that by having a dedicated Q&A staff member from their side that does internal testing before releasing any new updates.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to be really collaborative with them and bring them into your business. We always make sure that we tell them feedback from clients and discuss any challenges or opportunities with them. The more they know, the more they’ve been able to help us. Now we just see them as very strategic partners.

I’m the co-founder and CEO of NowCut Technologies, a home services company. We have a mobile application that connects customers who want in-home services with grooming providers.

We needed help with a full overhaul of our app.

IOMechs has been helping us with a complete overhaul of our app’s UI and backend. The team has also created management software.

We’ve been working with 2–5 teammates from IOMechs.

Someone referred IOMechs to us. We chose them because they were a great culture fit.

The project’s cost is confidential.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with IOMechs in September 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

IOMechs has successfully implemented our vision for the app and pushed it to the App Store and Play Store. However, it’s too early to share anything about the performance of the app.

How did IOMechs perform from a project management standpoint?

IOMechs has been very responsible in terms of deliverables. We communicate via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

IOMechs takes on extra responsibility to make the product the best it can be.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there are no specific areas for improvement at this time.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

We were looking for someone to work with long-term that was flexible and easy to work with and could implement new features quickly based on customers’ needs. IOMechs has been that partner.
