Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

FintechAI was meant to scrape data from input PDF, format it as per the output forms & then fill the output PDF forms. Input files can be either PDF form, images or any text file.

• The project was research-based, so the initial PoC was a crucial step. The developers developed a PoC in the Streamlit library based on Python using OCR and OpenAI LLM and also researched multiple other LLMs, i.e. LAMA, etc.
• After PoC approval & final testing, the Invowork developers started developing the Full Stack web app MVP with better UI/UX & proper development pipeline configuration including project management practices. 
• Developed the UI designs wireframes for better agreement & to be on the same page. 
• Started working on Python APIs development with OCR & LLM integrations & deployed them on GCP for scalability & better security.
• Having the proper running Backend APIs, they started working on Frontend development with proper user flow diagrams including user dashboard for multiple stats.
• Integrated Stripe payment gateway  billing module to invoice clients as per the client's usage.

Successful MVP development; comprehensive Landing Page, UI/UX, frontend and backend completion, with continued support as we scale our startup.
