Through our collaboration, we saw a significant increase in the quality of customer experience and sales rates. We have integrated the experiences we offer in physical stores and more into our online store. By offering a personalized experience, we provided a much more advanced service and differentiated our brand from others with their hard work. As Inveon’s platform has given us flexibility and ease of management, our operational processes also improved.

First of all, they worked to increase brand awareness by moving forward with social media and Google ads. After making progress in awareness, they carried out conversion-oriented actions. They handled third-party relationships and management for remarketing. They managed successful campaigns through influencer marketing activities in parallel with our store openings and product launches.

To increase brand loyalty, they conducted a comprehensive RFM analysis. Moreover, they took initiative and developed a strategy by taking action on marketplace price monitoring. After all these comprehensive and detailed studies, we have seen significant increases in our website traffic and turnover.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

As a result of our joint efforts with Inveon GrowthLab, we exceeded our target figures and achieved success beyond our expectations. For example, thanks to the efforts of the Inveon GorwthLab team during the November campaign period, we observed 80% more conversions and 60% more ROAS increase from Google ads compared to the previous year.

During the Black Friday campaign period, the number of orders increased by more than 210% at the same spending rates of the previous year. Even in the 11.11 period, when we did not make big campaigns, our daily turnover approached almost 12 times of a regular day with their effective actions.

Working with the Inveon team was a pleasure because of the open communication and easy collaboration. During the strategy-building process, we came together to decide on a course of action. Especially in the kick-off process, they progressed very quickly and in a strongly planned manner. They were also very successful in their clear and effective communication in order to move forward following the needs of our brand.

The most impressive feature that makes the Inveon GrowthLab team stand out is their ability to put their long years of experience in different sectors into actions suitable for our brand. They work with the vision of not only fulfilling our request but also determining the points that can benefit our brand and produce effective outputs. Fır instance, the RFM analysis they prepared impressed us a lot and we put it on the agenda to be used in operations in different countries.

We started our joint work with a successful Mother’s Day campaign. Their team has launched the campaign and followed up its performance, used learnings and created actionable insights. This joint work brought satisfying results and significant augmentation on the transaction, conversion rate, and revenue. Also, they worked dedicatedly to increase our brand loyalty.

After we started to work with Inveon within 6 months, we started to observe outstanding results. During May 2021, compared with the previous period, revenue increased by 199%, transactions increased by 153%, and conversion rate increased by 101%. For the same month, when we compared with the previous year, results were much more satisfactory; revenue increased by 200%, transactions increased by 100%, and conversion rate increased by 170%. Our joint work with Inveon gave us fulfilling outcomes when our project was completed.

We had in person meeting once a month to go overr campaign performance and used email and call to communicate. Whenever we had question about something, they were onsive our needs.

Their expertise and well-prepared work plan were really impressive. They were successful to take exactly the right actions in a limited time frame. Their effort was not only for quick acceleration, they aimed to make sustainable growth which was what we wanted. Especially, in a situation that has decreased in consumer interaction in the jewelry market due to the pandemic, we put in hard work and accomplished satisfying results with the Inveon team.

We followed an omnichannel marketing strategy for our website with the great effort of Inveon. Inveon team offered us detailed analyses based on data and our existing structure. For offline strategies, they operate online remarketing and targeting that was executed based on instant customer behavior. They effectively use marketing automation tools and we increased the return on investment from the remarketing effort.

They also improve the campaign set-ups, 3rd party integrations, and customer experience. Also, to improve the customer experience, some developments were made to the cart and payment steps. They proposed adjustments to the front end to boost conversion rates and traffic. They renewed all the elements and frontend design of our website.

For this purpose, persona and consumer experience workshops were conducted, the consumer journey was planned from beginning to end and redesigned, then the page designs were produced and applied. Through all these efforts and the active usage of the call center resulted in an increase in the number of incoming customer calls in a very short period of time.

In 6 months after we started to work together with Inveon, the number of orders increased by 87%, and traffic increased by 134% compared to the previous period. The purchase value has uplifted over 100%. The number of customers entering the sales funnel increased by 72%.

We reached our end-of-year sales target three months earlier. With all the strategic efforts, our collaboration with Inveon resulted in outstanding results.

Inveon supported us both by suggesting effective strategies and establishing a successful infrastructure. With our collaboration, the shopping experience that we offered became a part of a lifestyle experience. With Inveon’s infrastructure, our website allows consumers to create their tea mixture with more than 15 ingredients according to their moods while enjoying exclusively designed Spotify lists for them.

Our communication was solution-oriented. There were several instances where the team failed to meet the deadlines that were previously agreed upon, thus delaying the launch time of the project. However, the end-product was satisfactory and no big changes were made afterwards.

Establishing an infrastructure for a D2C website that allows creating personalized products and the support that they gave us in many ways were remarkable points.

Are there any areas for improvement?

During the project, there were some delays due to organizational changes, postponing some of the deadlines. Regarding this, resource management can be improved to prevent affects/delays on sprint times.

Our customers have reached remarkable CR uplifts by working with Inveon and Insider together. Currently we make case studies together with our happy and pleased customers. We get results from 30% to 600% CR uplifts of our customers from textile industry.

We have regular meetings organized with the Inveon team. We are able to communicate instantly on any issue or problem. They execute an accessible and analytical approach to project management. Together, we can quickly determine an action plan, take action, and solve problems in a short time.

After successfully conducting our e-commerce operations in Turkey, we worked on our Russia, Romania, and Ukraine e-commerce websites together. After determining the needs of the projects on a country basis and sharing their detailed analysis with us; they offered local customizations and integrations while successfully maintaining brand consistency.

The Inveon GrowthLab team carried out a detailed study on selecting a local agency for Colin’s Russia operations. They determined campaign specifics and closely monitored their performance.

They also managed all of Colin’s Romania’s digital advertising operations. Inveon’s omnichannel e-commerce platform provided checkout options in different currencies and launched our websites in different languages. Through strong localization strategies and capabilities, we are now running our e-commerce operations in four different countries.

The account manager who is assigned to our project changed a couple of times throughout the years. It may be nice to provide continuity in this regard, or at least reduce the frequency.
