Building a Big Data platform with an AI-ready environment to investigate large amounts of structured and unstructured life science data. The platform is running on AWS, it's based on microservices architecture and the tech stack includes: Kafka, Spark, Data Bricks, Elastic Search, Kubernetes, etc.
