• Provide reliable long-term IT support while continually modernising JDA Architects’ workstations, storage, email, networking and business applications as the practice evolves.
• Support major technology transitions with minimal disruption, including office relocations, ownership changes, work-from-home requirements, server-to-NAS migration and the move from AutoCAD to Revit.
• Maintain dependable access to large architectural project files and business systems while adapting infrastructure and workflows to changing staff, software and business requirements.

Michael has provided ongoing support to the business for a number of years including setting up a VPN with remote access to files, purchasing hardware, security updates, backups etc.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Successfully migrated file storage from traditional server infrastructure to upgraded NAS platforms and migrated business email to Microsoft 365.

Supported the practice through major workflow changes including remote work, printer-management changes from PaperCut, and the transition from AutoCAD to Revit.

20+ year client relationship spanning multiple office relocations, business ownership changes, workstation refresh cycles and major infrastructure upgrades.
