What was the scope of their involvement?

InterTeam has revised and improved our paid search and LinkedIn campaigns. The team has also launched campaigns on other paid media channels that have been very strong in driving leads for our business.

To improve our paid search ads, Cole (Founder & CEO) has eliminated broad searches and ensured that exact match search terms were truly exact by closely monitoring our search terms. He’s also found issues with our conversion pixel, which has helped both paid search and LinkedIn improve.

We work with 2–3 members of InterTeam’s team.

InterTeam reached out to me by email. Cole was extremely detailed in his explanation of how he worked. At that time, I was using another vendor, and Cole showed me exactly how he would improve our leads from campaigns.

We started working together in January 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.

Online is now a source of meaningful leads for our business, and the cost per lead has dramatically decreased by over 70%. The number of leads has also increased, going from one at best per week to many per day.

InterTeam is very diligent. The team is on time and responds quickly to any issues. We communicate via video conference calls and Slack.
