Initially, we dealt primarily with Cole, and then he would bring in other people as needed. Cole was always copied on communication or part of a slack channel, so we felt we had direct access if needed. Communication has always been great in timing and quality.

Their tenacity to focus on the real issues and find solutions vs. being fine with mediocre results. Many companies we've worked with in the past couldn't deliver.

With PPC there's always some trial and error at the beginning. This engagement was no different and we expected them to not succeed at first but knew they'd keep pushing until they did.

It would be great to have them spend more time on our account, more focus would mean better results for us. But we didn't have more budget at the time.
