As a startup, we needed to build the MVP for HeySali. Internative delivered an exceptional MVP that exceeded our expectations. The platform was robust, fast, and exactly what we needed to launch and gather early user feedback. What impressed us most was their ability to grasp complex B2B sales logic and translate it into a seamless software solution. Thanks to their solid technical foundation and Saas expertise (also through their own companies, like Worktivity), HeySali is now perfectly positioned to scale.We successfully onboarded more than a dozen B2B beta clients. The system handled the initial load perfectly, demonstrating high stability and zero critical downtime during the rollout phase. What was the scope of their involvement?

Internative Software developed a customer portal for us. This portal is our digital exposé for the properties we’re selling. The portal includes information about the property, yields, documents, and a contact manager to enable communication in both ways (customer <-> sales).

In addition to the portal’s full development, Internative Software was responsible for developing a database and different other services like Mailgun. The team also established a sync between the portal and our CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and third-party real estate platforms like iScout and ImmoWelt.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since launching the portal, we’ve seen an increase in clicks and views of properties in the portal, contact requests via the portal, user sign-ups, and creation of search profiles. 
For the sales team, the portal was a great support to prepare their properties’ exposé and publish their properties to the iScout and ImmoWelt portals (the biggest real estate platforms in Germany). In addition, they had the possibility to publish the property on our own portal (developed by Internative Software) and get direct customer requests and search profile sign-ups.

How did Internative Software perform from a project management standpoint?

Overall, Internative Software delivered on time. Like in every software project, there were some hiccups, but they managed those very well.

We communicated via email and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Throughout the whole project, change requests, feature requests, and ongoing support were managed via WhatsApp communication. In addition, Internative Software found a solution to nearly every request we had by themselves, bringing in ideas and workarounds to accomplish what we needed.

I didn’t think there was anything they could improve on.

We did Google Ads yesterday and in just two hours, we got about 120 downloads from all kinds of people — the positive response we’re getting has been overwhelming, despite not spending that much on the ad.

They perform well from a project management perspective, and they’re always available for us to reach. We typically communicate through Zoom, WhatsApp, and email, where they would consistently update us on the progress of the project.

Sertifier v2. launched around Q4 of 2019 and since then we served more than 1k customers from 70+ countries using the same infrastructure, so the whole metrics can help us to summarize the success.
