The overall work with their in-house BAs and PMs, who always allowed me to stay updated on every stage of the development, showed a clear picture and were always available for quick changes. The app is in progress, but soon we will finish the last stages and launch it to the Apple store.

Throughout the development process I have been able to test the product to make sure each step is working properly and being developed per my specifications. The company continues to meet deadlines and is very honest about if extra time is needed.

We are in the final stages of the app development and have not yet launched the project. The team has exceeded my expectations through the development, time frame and creative process.

The project manager is very easy to communicate with. Any questions or concerns I have he gets back to me right away. He runs a team and keeps them on task with a manageable timeline.

Their mobile app development skills were the best I've seen. This was my first app project so the project manager made sure to keep me informed weekly and involved throughout the entire process. I love their flexibility and their willingness to take my idea and develop it. They are extremely professional and their communication skills were amazing. I knew the entire process everything that was going on with my app.

A project manager was our main point of contact throughout the process. There was also a developer and a designer working behind the scenes.

We are currently in beta testing but the feedback has been top-notch.

The project management style was basically deliverables upon approval from our team. We communicated using Skype, Zoom, email, and Trello.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The project manager was awesome. No scope was worked on without our team's approval, all scope came with a prototype and they were flexible when it came to changes in the scope

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During the course of the project, there were a couple of bugs on our platform, plus, there were some issues when communicating at times but never a big deal. Overall, there were a couple of misunderstandings that could have been avoided with better communication.

Currently, my application is still in the development phase, however I was blown away by the current quality it far exceeds my expectations going into the app so much so that I've decided to add many more features.

Deadlines and reconsideration were always met swiftly and promptly, I received responses back on all questions the same day. If a concern arose it was explained in great detail.

I was thoroughly impressed with the creativity of the developers as this is very hard to find they know what it takes to make a successful app and to not incorporate any low-quality elements. Also they troubleshoot better than any company Ive seen other companies just give up.

We needed Interexy to build us a Mobile App and a basic company landing page. The mobile app required both frontend and backend design, multiple filtering capabilities (Dynamic), the ability to manage a high number of retail skus (30,000+ skus to start), analyzing across 80+ data points (Storage). A slick user interface was a must! Strong user engagement and interaction (sense of community), would be essential for longevity, with slight user customization.

What was the team composition?

Egor was our project manager and he was fantastic. Very detailed, excellent communication and always looking to ensure absolute clarity. We had extended team support depending on the stage of the project, from initial design to programmer development. All members up held a very high level of customer service and were eager to ensure deliverables.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have not launched yes, we are within the last 4-6 weeks of clean-up and testing.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Depending on the stage of our project, we met with our team member(s) on a weekly basis. We were always keep in the loop around ongoing challenges, issues, achievements and timing thresholds. I was very satisfied with the overall workflow.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was very impressed by their level of knowledge, willingness to learn, creativity and customer service. They are a growing company and take this opportunity very seriously, looking to learn from their overall process and client interactions. Interexy LLC is in line with our expectations and they are always available.

Interexy could improve their status update process during the initial buildout, by tracking budget to applicable design stage. For clients that are going through this the first time around, it makes it much easier to understand and digest the overall process and checkpoints.

The team optimized different functionalities of the app, so that now the user can have a better experience and access information easily

We used Slack as main communication channel and Jira for bugs communication. We have weekly meetings with the entire team to update on the current stage of development.

The flexibility of the team and the ease of communication are impressive.

Overall we are satisfied with the team, sometimes it takes a little bit longer to fix a bug than the estimate, but they're quite receptive and trying to improve this aspect.

We are still holding off on the launch of our app, however just based on our private marketing materials we've been approached by investors. Our app looks sharp, it functions wonderfully, Interexy really brought it to life.

Workflow was managed flawlessly. There were some things that required a little time on our part, mostly due to administrative privileges on multiple accounts, but nothing was ever a hassle, and our manager navigated us through everything perfectly.

I'm most impressed with their constant contact, their willingness to accommodate, their beautiful design work, and their delivery as promised.

Labster mobile app required to have an Android interface for fully interactive advanced lab simulations along with multiple other activities like quizzes, leaderboard, etc. The backend was handled by Interexy experts, and they created high-quality APIs with NodeJS as per our product requirements after careful consideration.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A very high-quality product functioning overall implies hard work done in QA. The product is being developed in a very dynamic and scalable way so that we can easily pivot from our MVP. The backend developer has worked very hard on it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very smooth communication and workflow management. Daily scrums, Sprint planning, use of proper tools ensured that no one was left out of the loop and that the entire team, even remotely distributed, stayed super focused.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

A dedicated project manager/account manager was allocated to us free of cost, even when we never asked. We were always kept updated about the progress very transparently. Even though there were no hiccups, the account manager was always there to support us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The onboarding can be made smoother, where we can have more communication about the requirements, expectations, etc. Everything else has been perfect and the quality of work is superb.

We wanted to build an app that would make discovering and managing kids activities as simple as it should be, so parents could focus on other more important things. We needed to work with a company that could take our idea and wireframes drawn on napkins and turn it into a real functioning app for iOS and Android.

How did you select AMS LLC and what were the deciding factors?

We knew we wanted to use Upworks to find the initial development team, and Stan Sakharchuk and his AMS LLC team had very high reviews and great feedback on that site. After interviewing a few different businesses, we knew that AMS LLC would be the best team to work with to help build out our new app.

We have worked very closely and collaboratively with AMS LLC right from the start. Our project manager kicked our relationship off with a meeting to meet the team and go over our objectives. We worked with their UX team to come up designs for the app, and once the designs were finalized they began app development for iOS, with the Android app to follow after. I believe that the most successful projects are those where the teams check in regularly, and Stan and his team made that easy. We had regular check-ins over zoom and skype, so I always knew where each project was at any given time.

Scout partners with employers and employee benefits aggregators as a critical addition to their current wellness and childcare programs, providing employees with a simple way to engage and enrich their kids' lives so they can be more productive at work. We launched in early July and have started to see a lot of traction in the Boston area. We recently closed deals with two fortune 500 companies with 10s of thousands of employees who have access to the Scout app on both iOS and Android.

Project manager is very involved and gives regular updates to keep everyone updated. I would get regular updates via skype or calls, and we were always in constant communication. Even with the time change, I never felt like it was hard to touch base with the project manager.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm most impressed with how hard working they are. Working in a start-up, things need to move fast. We needed these new apps quickly and AMS LLC delivered on all of that. The quality of their work is great and we have been very happy with everything they have delivered. We currently have an ongoing contract for additional dev work with them and will continue to use them for our development work.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Honestly, I can't think of any. Like with any development project, communication is key. Whenever I had a concern, it was immediately addressed. We are extremely happy with them and have already recommended them to other businesses.
