We are working with Intercultural Productions to produce a series of animated health explainer videos for several of our service line websites. The videos have ranged for "what to expect" pieces to patient-centered explainers on complex topics, such as CAR-T cell therapy and responsive neurostimulation.

We measure success through the completion of high-quality, clinically accurate videos that support patient education across multiple channels. Progress has also been reflected in strong collaboration with the clinical SMEs, review processes, and final products that meet our standards for accuracy, clarity, and experience.

As one can imagine, this type of content requires close partnership with our SMEs to ensure the final videos are accurate, accessible, and clear both visually and verbally. Martin and Monica have shown tremendous patience, flexibility, and collaboration throughout the process to make sure the final products hit the mark. They have been consistently responsive and adaptable.

They have diverse skill sets that complement one another via the envisioning of a project, the actual shooting of the project, and then all of the communication around the editing and production of films.

They are deeply invested in the success of Boston Prep, and it really shows in their care for their work. The Intercultural Productions team has allowed Boston Prep to reach thousands of people in sharing our story and sharing the good work that we do. Intercultural Productions is a trusted and valued partner.

We have worked with Lauren and Alex primarily, but also the whole IP team. We have always been able to have open and honest conversations with one another.

Our films and photos routinely win praise for the organization. And our films are a centerpiece of the program at our annual gala event.

We typically schedule some preliminary calls, and then it's a collaborative process to get the storyboard right. Then filming happens, and then there is a thorough series of edits to make sure that the story on film is the one we are trying to tell.

The level of trust is rare, and is hugely valuable. And it is impressive that even after many years they are still able to help us find new ways to tell our stories.

The video may include high-quality on-camera interviews with various stakeholders, originally produced live-action footage, candid/iPhone video clips or archival materials provided by WPS, motion graphics and animation, and sound design.

SRT closed caption files and an MP4 video with embedded captions are included within the scope for ADA accessibility.
