We have used Intercultural Productions many times over the years to provide short films and photos to help us tell the stories of our community.

A mutual acquaintance introduced us a long time ago.

We've really enjoyed working with the whole Intercultural Productions team over the many years now that they supported the work at Boston Prep. Their team is special in a number of ways. They have diverse skill sets that complement one another via the envisioning of a project, the actual shooting of the project, and then all of the communication around the editing and production of films.

They are deeply invested in the success of Boston Prep, and it really shows in their care for their work. The Intercultural Productions team has allowed Boston Prep to reach thousands of people in sharing our story and sharing the good work that we do. Intercultural Productions is a trusted and valued partner.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

We have worked with Lauren and Alex primarily, but also the whole IP team. We have always been able to have open and honest conversations with one another.

Our films and photos routinely win praise for the organization. And our films are a centerpiece of the program at our annual gala event.

We typically schedule some preliminary calls, and then it's a collaborative process to get the storyboard right. Then filming happens, and then there is a thorough series of edits to make sure that the story on film is the one we are trying to tell.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The level of trust is rare, and is hugely valuable. And it is impressive that even after many years they are still able to help us find new ways to tell our stories.

No.
