CEO, 10Beauty
- Industry: Manufacturing

- Client size: 11-50 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Nov 10, 2022

**Feedback Summary**: Although the app hasn’t been deployed yet, the intent team has taken ownership of the project and delivered excellent quality work. They’ve executed a seamless project management process, and the client has been impressed with their level of communication via Slack and email.
"“Each team member is highly skilled, and I’ve never worked with a more efficient project manager.”"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of 10Beauty; we’re a robotics startup in the beauty space.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with intent?

We engaged intent to build our mobile solution: a companion app that could own the experience of our hardware product.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The intent team has helped build a companion mobile app for one of our hardware devices. They started by conducting customer research to determine how we should create the mobile application. Then, they shared a customer research document and developed the requirements for the app. The team recommended we build the app for iOS, and we ultimately decided that was the best solution.

Since defining the requirements, the team has been designing and developing the app from scratch. They’ve been responsible for everything from the UI/UX to the data architecture and QA testing. Regarding technology, they’ve used Figma for design and Firebase for development.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with a project manager, two UX designers, two UI designers, and two mobile developers. We’ve also worked with the CEO and CTO, one QA developer, and one backend developer.

How did you come to work with intent?

We found intent through another company that sources high-quality development firms. We liked what intent had to offer; they had experience working with early-stage startups and connecting applications with hardware devices.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with intent in July 2021, and the partnership is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We haven’t deployed our solution yet, so I can’t share any success metrics. However, I’ve worked with several agencies, and intent is the best. They’ve conducted strong customer research, which they’ve done a fantastic job documenting. Furthermore, they’ve delivered incredible-quality work, and we’re confident the app will go on to win awards.

How did intent perform from a project management standpoint?

The intent team has a solid agile-based development process. Their communication is unparalleled, their teamwork is fantastic, and their project management skills are insane. Each team member is highly skilled, and I’ve never worked with a more efficient project manager. They join our weekly demos and all-hands meetings to understand our company and make well-informed decisions. We typically communicate via Zoom, Google Meet, email, and Slack. We also have a Google Drive to manage the project.

Furthermore, they’ve provided strong senior leadership; their CEO and CTO have jumped on calls with us to work through the challenging elements of the project. They’ve shared their wide breadth of knowledge and provided us with a solid starting point. We’ve been able to learn from them and the experiences they’ve had with other companies.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve been impressed by how consistently they’ve referenced their original customer research. When developing new features, they’ve reviewed the documentation and used it to inform their process, even a year later.

Additionally, the intent team has become the primary owner of the project. They haven’t been concerned about making as much money as possible. Instead, they’ve been invested in our long-term success, cutting costs and ramping up the team as needed. For example, at one point, they were concerned that one of their developers wasn’t working quickly enough, and they called it to our attention. They even went the extra mile to replace the developer with another one, which they trained and onboarded to the process at their own cost.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I have nothing intent could improve on; they’re the best service provider I’ve ever worked with.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend working with intent; you won’t regret it. Let them be a part of your team as much as you can, and integrate them into your process.

intent did a fantastic job of delivering the product that we needed.

How did intent perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great from a project management standpoint, in the sense that they were always timely, task-oriented, and organized.

The communication was also very positive, and we typically used Slack, email, and phone to talk or set up meetings with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were very impressed with their  UI/UX knowledge.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They did a small batch of user tests, but I would’ve liked it if they did more at the beginning and the end of the project.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

To make the most out of your engagement, I would say be more open to collaborating with intent and involve yourself in the development of your project.

CEO & Founder, Engamio
- Industry: Gaming

- Client size: 1-10 Employees
- Review Type: Phone Interview
- Verified

**The Review** — Jun 4, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: In just four months, intent was able to deliver a high-quality MPV that was very close to being a ready-to-use product. Their team is very flexible and responsive, and they lead a great project management. They use Jira, Zoom, and Slack to update tasks and maintain constant and clear communication.
""intent offers an optimal combination of speed of work, quality, and pricing."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of Engamio, a platform that offers different gamifications for virtual and hybrid events.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with intent?

I had an idea and vision, which intent helped me bring to life. We required a platform that would be usable on different types of mobile and desktop devices, as well as work on different browsers.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We went through the process of designing the product and building an MVP. Their UX designer evaluated the mockups I gave them. Then, they gave me some suggestions on how to improve the product and provided a UI designer, who built the interfaces.

From there, intent handled the following stages of product development. We went through several iterations based on user feedback for the MVP, and every feature was QA-tested before release. Now, we continue to improve the product on a monthly basis.

We’ve used React.js on the frontend, Typescript on the backend, and Firebase for the infrastructure. The platform is just web-based, with no native apps.

We’ve had several features to implement, starting with a Google Maps integration, which shows live statistics and allows virtual attendees to drop pins and see other attendees’ pins. We also have a feature where organizers can upload any picture and turn it into a jigsaw puzzle for attendees to solve. There’s also a customizable word search game.

What is the team composition?

We have a project manager, UI designer, UX designer, full-stack developer, and QA engineer. The project manager is my main contact, and I take part in daily meetings with the team.

How did you come to work with intent?

I used Digital Knights, which lists different prequalified software development companies. I made an inquiry and received offers from 5–6 teams. Then, I implemented a several-stage process to choose one. intent was better in terms of presentation and offer. I felt they spent a good amount of time preparing the offer and thinking about the project, the infrastructure, tech stack, and so on.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, the cost is close to $120,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

I gave them an idea and basic mockups in mid-December 2020, and we already had an MVP in March 2021. The collaboration is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I was amazed with intent’s pace of development and quality of work. They were quite fast in terms of delivery, and they were able to build an MVP in four months — which was actually an almost ready-to-use product.

We had some bugs, but we fixed them pretty quickly. The platform withstood thousands of attendees at actual events, and none of them experienced serious issues with responsiveness or anything else. I was quite happy with the job intent did in such a short period of time.

How did intent perform from a project management standpoint?

I give them the highest marks possible in this regard. Communication is clear, transparent, and delivered in a timely manner. I’m always aware of what is going on, literally on a daily basis. Also, I’m allowed to take part in daily meetings, which isn’t the usual case in client-company relationships. Overall, intent does a great job.

I took part in the development process, and I could see its environment and test features. If we identified a bug, we would make a ticket in Jira, and intent would fix it in a fast manner.

We have 10-minute daily meetings over Zoom, where they give reports on what was accomplished the previous day and what the plan for the upcoming day is. We use Slack to discuss questions and issues during the day and email for documentation and paperwork.

What did you find most impressive about them?

There are lots of good things that I could say about intent. For an early-stage startup, intent offers an optimal combination of speed of work, quality, and pricing. They’re very flexible and responsive. I always feel we’re on the same page, working as one team.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything. It’s all good for now.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

They should clearly state what they want, trust intent, and listen to their suggestions. They’re responsive, and they go beyond just executing ideas. They think about how to improve the product or service together with the client.

**The Review** — Jan 18, 2021

**Feedback Summary**: The intent team delivered on all of their goals for the project. The company appreciated the effort that the team put in throughout their partnership. Their impressive asset is their project management that ensured that everything went smoothly. This review is an update by the client company. The original content is located below the new review.
""Their dedication to making good, useful, and successful products is as if they had a stake in it was impressive."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of Citydoping, a mobile app that lets one tour New York City like a local with an access to the insider's guide, curated by the residents who actually live in Manhattan and Brooklyn.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire intent?

We needed an iOS app made from scratch and hired intent to deliver UX/UI and to develop the application.

What were your goals for this project?

The goal was to have a state-of-the-art usability to fulfill high expectations of New Yorkers and its visitors. The app also had to run smoothly and with no frictions while still using high-end geo-localisation functionality merged with real-time social features and the ever changing prices of food and beverages.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select intent?

We were on a lookout for a partner who thinks as much as he does the hard work. Growth experience and business acumen were a must and this is why we picked intent. Peer-to-peer recommendation was the main factor in our decision making.

From the time perspective, we couldn’t be more happy with the choice we made back then. We have, however, talked to other companies around the world, including software agencies in New York.

I think it was intent’s methodological approach mixed with this confidence of theirs that made us feel at ease with choosing them. Never looked back twice after signing a contract.

Describe the project in detail.

The scope of the project was to take an unique Citydoping guidebook (analog) concept and translate it to beautiful, top-notch digital guide platform. Intent was our partner on many levels.

They developed an iOS app from scratch along with delivering exceptional UX/UI, on each stage supporting us with expertise advisory on app solutions in correlation to behavioral schemas of end users. We discussed together numerous business-related decisions, and obtained significant support product-market fit and go-to-market strategy.

Most of the task had been carried out remotely, between different teams working in different time zones in Europe and North America. Thanks to Intent, this worked out very well.

What was the team composition?

This was a team’s effort that included 2 iOS developers, 1 UI designer, 1 UX designer and a PM. On top of that intent helped us greatly in some of our business-related decisions and functional product development.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our main focus was on delivering a working iOS application and intent delivered supremely well. As I mentioned earlier, they also put a lot of effort and know-how into the holistic outcome of the project that included consulting on scaling the app, Product-Market fit and Go-to-Market strategy.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Under the exceptional project manager’s guidance and management, everything went smoothly. If there is one word to describe their style it has to be ‘hands-on’.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Probably their willingness to succeed together with us. Their dedication to make good, useful and successful products is as if they had a stake in it is impressive. This shows whether a company is a partner or simply a vendor or a contractor. Intent, in this regard, is a true partner that co-owns ups and downs of the project along with us.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I don’t think there is. We’ve got way more than we came for.

What was the scope of their involvement?

They developed our mobile app for Warsaw and for New York. The app is only for iOS and includes five categories. There’s a place to buy something, there’s a place to watch something, and places to visit museums, bars, and clubs. The most important feature was the localization that you can find easily. The second most valuable feature was their design. We told them we like minimalism and that we think less is more.

What is the team composition?

We worked with the CEO and a few programmers.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We found them in a Google search and had meetings with different companies. We felt inFullMobile would be very good because they worked with huge companies in the United States and they were specific only in iOS.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $20,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together between July 2011–October 2012.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They had a great sense of design and did a great job designing the application. There were a few corrections, but we liked this project and got what we expected. They developed it very fast. We knew in our minds how we wanted to do this, and in the second meeting, they told us what they could do with our budget. They helped us to gain more customers.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

Everybody in our company is a little bit lazy, but everything with inFullMobile is scheduled. They are very organized. After cooperating with them, we are still using Trello within our company. They were never late. They were sometimes working too fast for us, even.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed with the implementation of our idea.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have any criticisms.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

There were no problems between us and the CEO because we were in the same country. The CEO has a rule that he wants a face-to-face for every project. This is a huge value.

**The Review** — Dec 15, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: The company appreciates how the Intent team never failed to deliver on their milestones on time. This is because they took a comprehensive approach to problem-solving which includes out of the box thinking and a methodology that ensures all their efforts are going in the right direction.
""There were many obstacles as the project went but they never ceased to impress me with what they were coming up with."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the CEO of Stały Kurs, a company that offers mitigation of currency exchange rate risk with fixed exchange rates.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire intent, and what were your goals?

We wanted to have a complex web app for currency exchange designed, developed and deployed. It needed to include risk management, payments managment, transactions management, operations on hedges (create, read, update and delete) and rolling hedges.

However, from a business perspective, we also aimed at a partner who could potentially inspire confidence and trust as the project has been meant to be iterated for years to come.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select intent and what were the deciding factors?

Intent was recommended to us by somebody in my personal network. Despite this, we did our own research and after some thorough screening and analysis we picked intent as the company showed the most dedication, know-how and was the most trustworthy. Their unique business model and monetary transparency also played a role in it.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

All of the following functionalities have been developed in sprints with weekly demos, during which we could check out clickable prototypes mitigating our potential fears and doubts:

payment integration
	risk management
	onboarding process
	dashboard and admin panel
	transactions management
	client management module
	margin calls management module
	payoffs list and their management
	CSV reports generation functionality
automatic language localisation (along with content related to it)
	client panel
real-time integration with the Polish National Bank and its currency rates.
There are also numerous data filtration options, automatic emails with customizable margin calls and push notifications. The tools used for the project were Firebase, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Realtime Database and Fastify.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

6 people in total: QA Engineer, Full-Stack Developer, Front-End Developer, UX Designer, UI Designer, Project Manager.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Weekly sprints during which intent would produce a working and clickable prototype/demo. They never failed to deliver on time and that ‘demo approach’ was a breath of fresh air I’ve never encountered before.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

Flawless communication using tools such as Zoom, weekly or even daily sync calls with their PM or the whole team, face-to-face meetings with the team and company’s CEO down at intent’s office in Warsaw.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their comprehensive approach to problem solving. There were many obstacles as the project went but they never ceased to impress me with what they were coming up with. Their methodology also made me sure everything was going in the right direction with their weekly demos that our team took part in.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not a single thing. The C-level involvement on their end, the product consulting they have constantly provided as an additional service and the technical knowledge of the team were simply superior.

Suffice to say I’ve been a happy client for over a year now and I plan on keeping the partnership as we go further down the line with intent as the one-stop shop for us from design, through development to Go-to-Market and fundraising.

""During those 5 days of work, we were really impressed by their professionalism and I wouldn't change anything."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I’m the COO of the company EZL which specializes in mounting professional light systems in big venues.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire intent, and what were your goals?

Intent helped us in the first stage of the new product development. This was a discovery phase where we took part in the workshop to understand if our product assumption meets potential customers’ needs.

Essentially, we sought professional support to better understand if our project assumptions make sense from different perspectives. We were not sure if the project is technically feasible, what feedback we can expect from customers, or how difficult this whole undertaking can be.

Besides that, we wanted to quickly have some tangible prototype of the product to show our potential customers and future investors.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select intent and what were the deciding factors?

We heard good opinions about them among our network.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We hired intent for a 5-day workshop to validate if our product is market fit. The workshop was called a Design Sprint. During the first day of the workshop, we talked over the whole project with different specialists, identified various project risks, and then decided what is our unique selling proposition.

On the second day, we prioritized different functionalities and started drawing the simple user flows of our app with a high emphasis on the most important features. Once we decided on how our app could visually and technically look, intent built for us a clickable prototype.

The prototype was also tested with a carefully selected group of potential customers to gather their feedback - building, and testing this prototype was performed without us and took them three days.

Finally, after 5 days we received a comprehensive report describing what we came up during the first 2 days of the workshop. The summary indicated what unique is in our product, what is end-customers’ feedback, how we can improve it, what potential obstacles they see in product development, how we can mitigate them, what next steps should be taken, and so on.

Additionally, we also received this clickable prototype showcasing the main feature of our app (8 screens).

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were at least two creative persons - UX/UI designers, one developer, and a PM.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We received the report (somewhere around 15 pages), prototype visually presenting our product, feedback from end-customers.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timelines.

We worked together only for 5 days but they were very productive, responsive, and deeply engaged in the project so the outcomes after this workshop were really impressive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their preparation and previous experiences. Before we started the workshop, they made a lot of research. Hence during the workshop, they asked a lot of unobvious questions and questioned our assumptions what forced us to rethink this project once again.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

During those 5 days of work, we were really impressed by their professionalism and I wouldn't change anything.

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am Co-founder and COO of the SkyOS - a start-up that provides cutting-edge technology to process automation for temporary employment agencies for HoReCa sector. I'm responsible for any orders, cooperation with subcontractors in our system, as well as promotion.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire Intent?

We hired intent for the discovery phase while building our new mobile application. Intent conducted a design sprint workshop which helped us to understand how to prepare before building this product, what are the potential obstacles we can expect along with the product development, and how to mitigate them. During the workshop, we brainstormed different ways on how to build the app taking into consideration different perspectives - UX/UI, engineering, business.

After this brainstorming session, we decided what this product should function and look like. The final result of the workshop was a clickable prototype visualizing our idea. The prototype was also tested with 5 end-customers that fit out an ideal customer profile. Besides that, we received a report describing what we establishing in the workshop, what was the feedback from end-users based on the clickable prototype, and the intent's recommendations for the next stage which was product development.

What were your goals for this project?

First and foremost, we wanted to get a better idea of how to kick this project off and validate if the product is market fit. The workshop was also the first step to quickly build something tangible, and present the first clickable prototype of the product to potential investors.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select Intent?

The vendor was recommended to us.

Describe the project in detail.

The intent helped us throughout the design sprint methodology. It was a 2-day physical workshop where we took part in brainstorming, decided what are the main functionalities of the product, what are the potential risks, and how we can mitigate them. Ultimately, after those 2 days, based on the information gathered during the workshop they built a clickable prototype with a couple of main screens of the app and conducted usability tests with potential users.

The whole process took 5 working days (including 2 days of the workshop where we brainstormed). After all, I received a clickable prototype of my product and a comprehensive report describing my project which included the next steps to take on, potential obstacles, opportunities, and the plan for further app development. That was a very informative brief which I used while pitching investors.

What was the team composition?

UX designer, UI designer, a mobile engineer, marketing specialist, and a design sprint facilitator who was also a researcher.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome of the cooperation was the aforementioned clickable prototype and the project summary in the shape of the report.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

They made a really good job. The communication was rather smooth and productive.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I guess they have a lot of expertise in that matter and know what they do. I felt there was a concrete process for what we did and I knew where we're heading to.

Are there any areas for improvement?

This workshop allowed us to predict and avoid doing certain mistakes so in general, it was totally worth it. Highly recommend those guys.

**The Review** — Sep 22, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: The client is pleased with Intent’s high-quality development services and beautiful design work. Their ability to meet tight turnaround times, understand the client’s needs, and propose solutions to seemingly unfeasible situations has exceeded expectations. They excel at project management.
"“We get an excellent price-to-quality ratio that we haven’t been able to match in Malaysia or any other market.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I work in the Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia office of the World Organization of the Scout Movement. We’re the largest youth organization in the world, with over 55 million scouts. I’m the director of digital engagement for the organization, responsible for digital transformations, software procurement, and web and mobile development.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Intent?

We were developing a mobile app for scouts.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Intent developed our mobile app. It connects to various APIs from our web platforms, including a crowdfunding service.

They’re also working on our key organizational website, which serves as a web platform for over 280,000 users — scouts and scout leaders. The site has various landing pages for things, such as a hub for scouts. They also developed a web platform for our largest event in the world, which is attended by 2.4 million scouts every year.

They also provided UI/UX design and handled the discovery phases for all of these projects.

What is the team composition?

We’ve worked with various developers, designers, QA engineers, and project managers from their team over time. The account managers have stayed the same.

How did you come to work with Intent?

We developed our crowdfunding software with another partner, and Intent was one of their subcontractors. We included them in the RFQ for the mobile app project.

How much have you invested with them?

The total cost of their work so far is $450,000–$500,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The initial project with Intent ran between March–August 2017, and we developed various web platforms in 2018 and 2019. We have an ongoing contract with them to further develop the app and websites, and we’re considering them for future collaborations.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Intent has created beautiful UI/UX designs for us, and we’ve gotten high impressions from our stakeholders. The development work is fast and high quality, and we appreciate their approach to discovery phases. We get an excellent price-to-quality ratio that we haven’t been able to match in Malaysia or any other market.

How did Intent perform from a project management standpoint?

There will always be small issues, but I’m content with the collaboration in general, and I’d highly recommend Intent. They stand out in terms of project management and their ability to understand our needs.

They also have fast turnaround times. Even when we thought internally that a timeline was impossible, we were able to work with Intent and come up with an MVP by the launch date. They deliver on time, and they respect everything stated in SLAs. If a project has a tight deadline, they’ll commit to it and deliver.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have impressive turnaround speed, they understand the needs of the customer, and they can come up with proposals around seemingly unfeasible solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could be more precise with estimations, but this is our fault as well.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I would definitely recommend Intent for design, mobile app development, and Drupal development. They have good value for money, and their design team is incredible.

**The Review** — Jul 27, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: The project successfully tripled the platform’s conversion rate. Intent delivered an excellent product. The team worked well with internal product managers, resulting in seamless communication and a smooth collaboration.
"“On the engineering side, they’ve been very quick and have delivered ahead of their deadlines.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO for a digital mental health app focusing on helping people through psychosexual challenges like erectile dysfunction or difficulty orgasming for women.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with Intent?

We had just raised our seed funding and were looking for a team of engineers and designers to productize our vision. Intent has been instrumental in designing and building the app.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We work very closely in one of the leading sex therapists in Silicon Valley, and she has been working with our team to describe what sex therapy looks like offline—the exercises they give to patients, the way they assess people, and how they figure out how to help.

The designers from Intent has been working on how to translate that into the UX/UI design. In conjunction with that, their engineers are building the design for the platform. They’ve been instrumental in bringing this product to life.

At the moment, the app is only for iOS and we’re hoping to work on Android in the coming month. They built it from the ground up. They used some of the design elements from an older version of the app, but they pretty much rebuilt it from scratch.

What is the team composition?

The core team is comprised of three engineers, a UX designer, a UI designer, and a QA tester. Then we’ve worked with product and project managers and researchers.

How did you come to work with Intent?

We went out to our investor network and asked for a recommendation. We received recommendations for about 10 different companies. Several of those were eliminated because of availability or pricing. We assessed about five agencies in depth, and they went through quite a rigorous process. Our previous engineering team assessed their code base, looked at their portfolio, assessed how we would work together based on time zone, and price, obviously.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent between $100,000–$120,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2020 and it’s ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

They’ve tripled our conversion rate. We’re about six months ahead of schedule according to the forecast we created. We’re very happy with it.

How did Intent perform from a project management standpoint?

We have an in-house product manager that works with them and manages everything from design to UX/UI and development. She has done really well working with them to create feedback loops. As a result, it has become very efficient to work with Intent. We use Jira for logging anything, Slack, Google Hangouts, Zoom calls, and emails. Most of the day-to-day communication is over Slack. We have a daily call as a team, and the product manager is in touch with them at all times.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve been an efficient team across the board. The way they helped us conceptualize the product has been the most interesting. We came in with a broad brief and a vague vision on what we wanted to do. Their design team has worked well with our product manager, and has done a brilliant job conceptualizing what the product needs to look like. On the engineering side, they’ve been very quick and have delivered ahead of their deadlines.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Early on, the organization and communication was slightly problematic. At the time, it was difficult to get them to commit to a deadline, but I think that was because they were familiarizing themselves with the preexisting codebase and were making some changes to the architecture. But they’ve been spot on for the last few months, and we’re excited to continue working with them.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

For us, having a strong internal product manager has made a big difference. It’s often difficult to work with external teams, so having a strong internal partner to manage them helps significantly

How did you select this vendor?

We screened several providers of mobile app design companies and Intent had been by far the most experienced. They had a beautiful portfolio of successful apps.

Describe the project in detail.

After we've selected Intent as our provider, we've been assigned a team of two designers led by a senior UX/UI expert. They immediately jumped into our workshops and provided valuable insight into our ideation and product development. They continued to provide us with design services and when needed also supported our QA efforts. That kind of flexibility helped us keep the velocity high and iterate fast.

What was the team composition?

We've had 2 designers working with us most of the time. They've been joined by a QA engineer in an ad-hoc basis.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've released the app on schedule and we've successfully ran several iterations to improve it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Their team emerged entirely in our agile development process. They joined our SCRUM ceremonies and worked within our issue tracking system to make the development/design communication seemless. They used sketch as their design tool with inVision to create clickable prototypes. They handed off the designs with Zeplin.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

It was clear that the design team had VAT experience working with development teams and all the work not only beautiful, but also well organized and developer friendly.

Are there any areas for improvement?

None that I can think of.

**The Review** — Apr 21, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: Delivering a high-quality, minimalist design, .intent (formerly inFullMobile) delivered on client requirements. They were detail-oriented and organized and communicated best practices still in use by the client. Customers can expect a partner with top-level execution.
""They helped us to gain more customers."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the managing director of Citydoping, a travel info company. We publish our guide in five languages.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We wanted to build a digital version of our printed guide.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

**The Review** — Apr 20, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: Internal stakeholders praise .intent's (formerly inFullMobile's) flexibility in working with technologies outside their comfort zone, demonstrated by their effectiveness in a microservices environment. They were also communicative and highly organized. Customers can expect a deep talent pool.
""Overall, it seemed they had a lot of different specialties, and they were great at assigning resources."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the former president of music app developer.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We wanted to build an Android version of our iOS app.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

The key deliverable was going to be a deployable app in the Google Play store for Android. The full functionality of our iOS app had to be incorporated into the Android app, and that would include interfacing with our backend API. They helped with design work as well since there are different design standards for Apple and Google. They translated some of our paradigms into the material design Google mandates for all their apps.

What is the team composition?

We were dealing with our leads Casper (CEO, inFullMobile) and Peter (CTO, inFullMobile). At one point, we had as many as four engineers on the project.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

One of my colleagues used them with his company; it was a completely different business. We’d seen they had really nice results working with inFull.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from July 2017 until September 2018.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The app was pretty complicated. It was a custom audio engineer for a music app. Android is notorious for not playing nice with audio, so we knew it would be a challenge. They were pretty great with that. They offered some great solutions to the problems of working with different devices with different specifications.

In general, our backend architecture used a lot of microservices instead of being a monolith, and I don’t think they’d worked like that before. They incorporated our style into their workflow, though, and offered solutions they worked for everyone.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They did very well. It’s always a challenge working with a remote team, but they did great at managing the time difference. We set regular meetings, and Jira worked great for project management. Everything was clearly laid out. They always gave us updates in terms of where they were with tasks and deadlines. There was a clear line of communication with no radio silence.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their engineers stood out. Overall, it seemed they had a lot of different specialties, and they were great at assigning resources depending on what we needed on the project: music expertise, APIs, etc. They have a good pool of talent.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Initially, there was a transparency issue regarding their billing structure, but we worked it out. It wasn’t a deal-breaker. This was a couple of years ago, so they may have changed it.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

You’re in good hands. They’ve worked with a lot of companies and developed a ton of apps and have great talent. I don’t have any warnings or disclaimers. Go for it, as long as you know what you’re looking for.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We needed help building an in-car app.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

What is the team composition?

We work with three people from their team, and their project manager is my main point of contact.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We met the UX designer for this app first, and they recommended inFullMobile for us. We also engaged them for the second project because they were so successful with the first one.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve invested $50,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in July 2019, and our engagement is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I visited them in February, where I met the team members. For me, the experience has been really good. I gave them what our objectives were and they went for the whole agile process.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

We have a weekly call with them and they’ve always been on time with deliverables. There are very few back-and-forths we’ve had to go through.

What did you find most impressive about them?

As a vendor, what I really like about them is their proactivity. The team that they have is excellent. Their communication skills are clear, concise, and accurate. I’ve been very impressed with their ability to answer our emails, troubleshoot, and their immediate response.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, our experience has been quite good so far.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to go for it if they fit your requirements and budget. Give them a little bit of room to show their creativity. They work best when they’re given a free hand.

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the founder and CEO of Two Front. We’re a modern orthodontic company that’s focused on teenagers.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**

We needed to build a digital platform for telehealth services, as well as a comprehensive electronic health records (EHR) system built for doctors and orthodontists specifically for clear liners, and not for braces.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve essentially broken the project down into two phases: the marketing site phase (it’s about six pages), and the EHR phase, which is more backend. Four engineers are working to build out the front- and backend using AWS and Javascript, among other technologies.

They developed a booking system so we could book appointments, as well as a bunch of static landing pages. We’re also integrating Zoom and a messaging system between patients and doctors that is HIPPA compliant.

What is the team composition?

There are four developers, a project manager, and a quality assurance resource.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We found them through word of mouth.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $50,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve worked together since February 2020.

We’re not live yet, so I can’t really speak to that, but the marketing site is almost half built-out now.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve done really well. I’m happy. They’re definitely responsive and communicative. We mostly speak through Slack, and we have a weekly call.

What did you find most impressive about them?

No, not that I’ve seen.

**The Review** — Feb 4, 2020

**Feedback Summary**: The design has yet to be implemented and tested with users, but internal feedback has been favorable so far. .intent (formerly inFullMobile) is quick to respond, and the team implements mid-project changes without a hitch.
""From my point of view, they are a pretty friendly and agile company, which helped with the communication part."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a programmer at a medical startup which develops a cheaper and more elegant alternative to measuring the health conditions of people.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
For what projects/services did your company hire inFullMobile?

Because we are using mobile phones in our device, we needed a good UI/UX design to go along with our product. Thats why we hired inFullMobile.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to get a new UI/UX design for the app that is more modern and intuitive for the users to use.

**SOLUTION**
How did you select this vendor?

We needed to hire a Polish firm and a member of the accelerator we are a part of recommended this firm because they had good history with them.

Describe the project in detail.

When we selected inFullMobile we described to them that we needed a medical app with a modern feel and for it to be very intuitive for new users to pick up and get straight away how it works. I am the sole programmer of the app so I was responsible for handling all the communication.

What was the team composition?

As far as I know there were 3 members of the team from inFullMobile who worked on the project and there we no noticeable changes throughout the whole project.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Because the design is very new, I didn't have to time to implement it and test it on real users, but from my teams reaction and other people who looked at the final product everyone was very pleased with the result. I was expecting something like this for the final to be so I was satisfied.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We had a call about the whole project pretty early which got us all on the same page. After that we had a slack group chat which was pretty responsive from their part. When we had an inquiry they were pretty fast to respond and if we requested some changes there was no problem on delivering on that front too.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

From my point of view, they are a pretty friendly and agile company, which helped with the communication part. We quickly understood what we wanted from each other and even if there was some change in the middle of the project they handled it very gracefully.

Are there any areas for improvement?

For me no.

"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder of a nonprofit organization.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We reached out to inFullMobile to redesign and further develop our mobile app, after launching an MVP-version of the app with another team.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

inFullMobile are redesigning our app, working with both UX and UI, as well as developing the front- and backend. inFullMobile are a solid partner for us and have taken total responsibility for the app, from planning to execution.

What is the team composition?

We work with a team of approximately six great people (developers, designers, QA-engineer and project manager). I am also really happy that the inFullMobile CEO are very hands-on the project as well.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We did a thorough job and interviewed about 15 different companies, taking our time to ensure we found a partner we'd want to work with for many years to come. After meeting with the inFullMobile team, and an overall assessment of the different options, we concluded to start a partnership with inFullMobile.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working with them since April 2019 and the relationship is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

inFullMobile provides creative UI/UX designs, high-quality code and in general a lot of great input to the project. We're happy with their deliverables and processes across the board thus far and anticipate a long-term relationship with their team.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They're great to work with overall–very positive, proactive, and professional. Our communication with them is direct and open, so it's been a collaborative process. They're also organized in their approach, providing a clear structure to the project to keep everything on track.

What did you find most impressive about them?

inFullMobile takes ownership of their work and really understands our objectives. They respect our ideas, but are also good about providing feedback or pushback to improve project outcomes. It's not just an app to them; they genuinely understand and take ownership of our project goals. They're creative and tend to see solutions rather than challenges and they're able to lend valuable advice based on their extensive experience and creative talent.

The project management is professional, the designers really creative and strong in producing “customer-focused” solutions and the developers are more than solid.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can't think of anything. They've maintained the same level of professionalism, attentiveness and high quality from the start of the engagement.

**The Review** — Apr 15, 2019

**Feedback Summary**: .intent (formerly inFullMobile) successfully delivered high-quality mobile apps, which served as the driving force behind product demos and eventual acquisition by another company. inFullMobile thrived in a role that required extensive project management duties. The team’s responsiveness is a definite strength.
""Given the quality and the speed of their work, .intent (formerly inFullMobile) is easily the most cost-efficient partner."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am a former advisor to a multi-room audio streaming startup.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

Our company did not have the internal resources to develop our mobile apps, so we engaged inFullMobile to build the companion Android and iOS applications used to manage the music from a source platform.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

Because we were a small startup team, the process was quite loose. We didn’t have much time to put together detailed specifications. Instead, we held a series of workshops to define the scope of the work and produce a list of features and the development plan. We contracted inFullMobile to then design and build the applications for iOS and Android according to that plan.

What is the team composition?

We worked with as many as a dozen people depending on the requirements at any given time. That group included the CEO, multiple engineers and designers, and a project manager.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

I learned of inFullMobile through a recommendation from the principal of a design company with whom I had worked in the past.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent approximately $100,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our engagement spanned about six months from the end of 2017 into 2018.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The primary outcome was obviously the development of the app itself, which was a well-functioning app that was used in a range of demos of our company’s technology. Ultimately, the application was a prominent reason for our eventual acquisition by a larger company.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They were extremely responsive, and they managed the overall process well. Because we had limited resources at our company, we relied on inFullMobile to do much of the heavy lifting from a project management standpoint, which included setting up the tools that allowed us to track the project as it progressed.

What did you find most impressive about them?

inFullMobile is one of the few external partners I’ve encountered that I can reliably say will accomplish what they set out to do. There is no overwhelming process, and they are incredibly professional. Given the quality and the speed of their work, inFullMobile is easily the most cost-efficient partner. I now go to inFullMobile for all of my current development needs if we don’t have the resources.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, I cannot recall any pain points from the engagement.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

As quickly as possible, I’d recommend setting up however many workshops it takes for your teams to scope the project. It’s time very well spent and sets up the engagement for long-term success.

**The Review** — Apr 2, 2019

**Feedback Summary**: The product is in the market and the in-house team is highly satisfied with the outcome. .intent (formerly inFullMobile) goes above and beyond to meet all needs, while involvement from senior leadership and transparency helped them earn trust.
"“It's a holistic engagement and they’re really trying to bring value to our business.”
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm a co-founder of a technology company. We make mobile apps and UGC platforms for African consumers.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We had an MVP that had a lot of features, but it wasn't built to scale to our user base. We were looking for a vendor to help us develop it further.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

They did a quarterly review of our front- and backend systems before starting the main project, so they got a good sense of what we needed and how their capabilities aligned with our goals. Then, they gave us a formal proposal and started the development process. We use PHP on the backend, and we use AWS for our servers. We also use WebSockets on the client side. It's Native Android, so the frontend is a combination of Java and Kotlin.

What is the team composition?

We work closely with their project manager, but they have a whole team dedicated to our project.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We were referred to them. Their CEO and CTO were both very involved in all the discussions, so we received a lot of senior-level attention.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent about $300,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in July 2018, and the relationship is ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We now have a fully-functioning version of one of our products, which is in the market.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They use the scrum methodology, and we talk to our project manager every day. They're extremely responsive. We use a Slack channel to communicate, and we have access to their whole team if we need them. We also talk with the CEO every week and discuss our business.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have a sense of ownership that is distinct from other vendors we've worked with. They're more than just a service provider to us. It's a holistic engagement, and they’re really trying to bring value to our business. For example, they've introduced us to different investors and other people who will help us grow. Also, they have a lot of UX/UI design capabilities.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Nothing comes to mind.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Keep an open line of communication with their leadership team and feel free to talk to them about broader business goals. They can bring a lot of additional value beyond building software. Also, they're very transparent, which helps them build trust.

""The communication was great, and they were on top of everything."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

I am the CEO of Fenix3. We implement projects on the Marketing 3.0 paradigm.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We are creating a product that allows families that live far from each other to maintain their bonds and take care of elderly relatives. We needed help with ideation and development of an application.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We contacted inFullMobile to consult the concept we were developing, get their insight on the best possible approach to building it, design the architecture, UX and UI of it, and brand it in a good light. The inFullMobile team has done a fantastic job at lowering our initial expected time to market and operational costs by suggesting SaaS solutions. The project involved a lot of research before it could be moved to the actual development phase.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

We got to know inFullMobile through a reference from a different company that used their services. We had a meeting and then a workshop. These made us feel that we were in the right hands.

How much have you invested with inFullMobile?

That is confidential.

What is the status of this engagement?

The relationship is complete.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

They performed perfectly as far as I’m concerned. The communication was great, and they were on top of everything. Whenever we had urgent situations, inFullMobile pulled late hours and made sure that everything was completed. Any issues were taken care of quickly by inFullMobile. In my opinion, inFullMobile outperformed - providing support and ideas outside of what was contractually expected.

What did you find most impressive about inFullMobile?

inFullMobile was very flexible. Our project manager was extremely professional and paid close attention to detail. They made sure that all work was completed efficiently and to our satisfaction.

Are there any areas inFullMobile could improve?

They couldn’t have done anything more.

Senior IT Manager, Hygiene Products Company

- Review Type: Phone Interview

**The Review** — Oct 17, 2016

**Feedback Summary**: The client received great feedback regarding the solution .intent (formerly inFullMobile) provided. Users enjoyed how easy they were to use and how they looked. They particularly appreciated inFullMobile's project management style.
""They were proactive, responsive to our needs, and agile."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

Our company sells consumer goods products. I’m the senior IT manager in the mobile solutions area.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We needed inFullMobile to help develop a mobile solution.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We wanted to have a native solution on iOS, which is inFullMobile’s specialty. The solutions that they provided were designed for iPads because our sales reps use that device. They need space to be productive and iPhones were too small. We also worked with inFullMobile on an Android project. They prepared the design, developed the solution per our requirements, and then provided support. We ran it in Agile mode, so they were working in Scrum and Agile together with us.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

I don’t remember how they were engaged because I was in a different role at the time. We were already working with them when I joined the team.

How much have you invested with inFullMobile?

It depends on the year. We’ve had years where we’ve spent more than $200,000 on their services. I would say we’ve paid them $100,000 to $400,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

The work started in October 2011 and is ongoing. We have been collaborating with them for the last 5 years but not very regularly.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

We got great feedback from people who used the solutions that inFullMobile developed for the audit or visit. The applications were very easy to use and we got positive feedback on how they look. The look and feel of the solution and user experience were top-notch. That is something we are proud of.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

For me, their project management skills stand out. We had very good project managers for the bigger projects. They [inFullMobile] were proactive, responsive to our needs, and agile. They were doing everything that was required to meet the deadlines. Even if we had unforeseen issues to fix during testing, they were able to meet the deadlines 90% of the time. Of course, there are things like customer requests and changes that alter the scope of the project. Some tasks were not necessarily in the original agreement, but they did whatever was best. I was really happy with the way they delivered the project as well as their timeliness.

What did you find most impressive about inFullMobile?

They are really excellent in terms of user experience. They understand how people really use the solutions. They have very deep understanding of the iOS system for sure. They had a UX designer working with us in the early stages of the project. The designer suggested ways to improve productivity of the product. We wanted to make sure that users spent as little time as possible on doing the tasks they need to do versus searching for things on the screen. This was something very impressive from their side and it was one of the biggest benefits of collaborating with inFullMobile.

Are there any areas inFullMobile could improve?

The cost is higher than average, but that’s relative. It depends on what group you compare it to. With the vendors I was working, inFullMobile’s fee was higher than average. In addition, they could also be more proactive on the support side. They provide end to end services, but I’m happier with their development than with their support service.

**The Review** — Oct 3, 2016

**Feedback Summary**: The client has received a lot of positive feedback about .intent's (formerly inFullMobile's) work - feedback that has translated into prospects converting into sign ups. They appreciated the agency's open communication and the team's wealth of knowledge of development.
""We’ve been very impressed with their team’s knowledge and ability."
"

**BACKGROUND**
Introduce your business and what you do there.

We worked with IFM [inFullMobile] through several companies. The main project is for a company called Secure Play. We provide online fundraising platforms for charities and other fundraising organizations. I am one of the founders and directors of our company.

**OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE**
What challenge were you trying to address with inFullMobile?

We were trying to build a mobile and online game that would raise money in a similar way to a lottery.

**SOLUTION**
What was the scope of their involvement?

We worked with them from end to end. In the planning phase, we had to decide if we were going to have a native app or a web-based app. After consultation, we decided to get on the web. The team in Warsaw was responsible for the design of the front-end. They also provided the database and architecture of the system. IFM handled the actual code development, as well as deployment and support. IFM also makes additional changes since we want to improve the platform based on customer feedback. We’re starting a new project with IFM for another business that involves nursing home and patient care. That will be a native app instead of a web app. We’re just past the wireframing stage and we’re getting ready to start actual development for the back-end.

How did you come to work with inFullMobile?

I worked for IBM for 10 years in software, so I had a fairly broad knowledge of the development community. I learned about IFM through large-scale projects I’d done with IBM and others. A colleague that worked in that circle recommended them to me.

How much have you invested with inFullMobile?

When they deliver the other 2 projects, the total cost of their services would be more than $400,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started our first engagement either November 2015 or January of this year. Our projects are ongoing.

**RESULTS & FEEDBACK**
Could you share any evidence that would demonstrate the productivity, quality of work, or the impact of the engagement?

Our project is a fairly large piece of work. IFM kept to the schedules. So far, the feedback has been very positive. We’ve had people come to the website, see the game, and sign up. I’ve never seen that before, and I’ve worked in sales and IT for most my life.

How did inFullMobile perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is first class. The chief executive has been involved personally throughout the project. I was talking to the COO just before our call. From the top of the team down, they are involved. Our project manager is very meticulous and they've got an online system which manages things very well.

What did you find most impressive about inFullMobile?

We’ve been very impressed with their [inFullMobile] team’s knowledge and ability. They excel in both the front-end and the development from a database perspective. They’ve all been very skillful employees. For example, we had paid an organization to design a logo for us. When IFM’s front-end developer was mocking up the front-end for the website, he came up with a far better logo. We ended up using that instead. They’re not just very professional, they’re actually a really friendly bunch. Whenever we go to Warsaw they treat my business partner and I very well.

Are there any areas inFullMobile could improve?

They could be cheaper but I'd always say that. I can’t think of anything.

### Lover

### eVici
The eVici team had a strong back-end development muscle, but with complex products like this, the key to success is a great user onboarding and a strong emphasis on perfect user experience.
As a startup, eVici had a specific schedule for reaching milestones. Developing their own design team could turn out to be a cumbersome task.
eVici required comprehensive UI and UX support for the backend developers team in shipping the final product. We've covered that need with our UI Team Lead involvement and a Front-end Developer service.
As the next milestone, we have designed a visual user guide that would serve the role of tutorial for first-time users. In cooperation with an illustrator, we have created a step-by-step guide on how to use eVici products.
The cherry on the top was our design and development of a project's landing page that encourages visitors to use the eVici system by strongly focusing on the performance and conversion rate optimization.
